I learnt this Mutton Curry Recipe from my Sister in law. She makes the best Mutton Masala and I am so excited to share this recipe of Mutton Curry with you all!
The key to making this mutton curry is to cook it on low flame, letting the mutton cook slowly.

Ingredients:
Mutton 800 gm
Onion 8 medium sized (750 gm appx)
Curd 1 cup
Tomato 2to 3 medium sized
Green chilly 4
Desi ghee 6 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tablespoon for marination + 1 teaspoon in gravy
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Kasori methi 2 tablespoon
Black cardamom 2
Clove 5 to 6
Cinnamon stick 1
Back peppercorn 6
Tej patta 2
Sabut red chilly 4
Meat masala 3 tablespoon ( I used shaan meat masala you can use any brand )

I replaced mutton pieces with marinated potatoes deep fried them and rest was same...just double the quantity of garlic...and it came out really very delicious...

I always look at your recipe infact it's in playlist 😍 I have used mustard oil bcoz my father has health issue and also kaju and badam and also crushed methi and dry fruits at the end which makes it every time different one with base ingredients

Hi dear , you need to marinate the mutton at least 1 hour and if you have sufficient time marinate for overnight is best.

Aapki matan recipes dekh kar maine banaya or maine pahli baar matan recipe banaya. Family k sabhi log banane k pahle mera bahut majak banaye or mujh pr bahut hase or test aise thi ki family k sabhi logo ne meri तारिफ bhi kiye. Mujhe bahut khusi huye or ak shik bhi mili. Dar kar koi kaam nhi karna chahiye. Positive soch hamesa rakhni chahiye🙏

is the curd salty? Maybe simply increase water content? I don't really know what you mean by "curd", curd is like cheese, dry~. I'd try adding some milk to the marinade.

or you didn't cook the mutton long enough. when you cook it long enough it will become tender regardless.
