Hi. I've followed your chanel for a couple of years now and really enjoyed making some of the recipes. Have you got any nice recipe for a slow cooker? Something we can prep the night before then put into the slow cooker the next morning before we go to work. And come back home to a nice meal. Preferably vegetarian if possible. Thanks Tom.

I have to say, I like the homemade rustic authentic homemade Indian Biryani's to the Pakistani Akni Pilau style that you've made here. Biryani's are not one pot wonders and they need tomatoes in them too.

I love learning from your channel. My daughter is a fussy eater and will not eat any pulses, however I made your dalh recipe & she loved it so much it’s on a fortnightly rotation for lunch or dinner. Could you please explain the ratio of water to rice and also what does the milk powder please add to the dish, please? Thank you.

Eid Mubarak. Hi Latif. I have been looking for a fairly easy biryani recipe. It looks like this is it. Would you ever add fruit or nuts to this at all? I was thinking as this kind of dish came from Iran, (or thereabouts) . I w2as thinking perhaps of adding cashews, sour cherries, orange peel, sultanas etc. What do you think?

Assalamu alaikum, Latief. Ramadasn Mubarak. What does the milk powder do in the dish? I usually marinate my meat overnight in youghurt and all the spices. The youghurt softens the meat😊 I will try this recipe. In shaa Allah. Salaams and duas from Pretoria, South Africa 🇿🇦

Please don't call it "Pilau" dish, give it a Bangla name "Polau". We (Bangladeshis) do not have to adopt any ethnicity to promote our food with a weird name. Let others know what we actually call it - POLAU. Thanks for bringing these yummy dishes to the forefront of the world.
