I like your cooking but this does not goes well. 1st when you roast chicken or lamb the most important thing is that juice which come from the meat. I don’t think you put any thing to collect it and secondly the meat looks very dry after cooking it should be juicy. Still a nice 👍 one.

It looked dry cs he dnt use no papaya for marinating =more cooking time less juice retained b meat ....well sm people like it this way others dnt I personally keep it juicy so that u dnt have to use loadsss of oil nd lemon or fatning or foil wraps to keep it soft nd chewy

Namaloom Pakistani we call it juice bcz all the meat including chicken have water in it, so when you cook it released. Did you ever cook ?? I mean even when you cook chicken you don’t add water at first it released its own water.
