Mutton pasanda pasanda kaise banayein
Mutton recipe Mughlai recipe
Ingredients:-
500 g mutton Pasanda
2 medium size onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 cup yogurt
4 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
8-10 black pepper corn
4-5 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
8-10 almonds
5-6 cashews
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp coconut powder
1/3 cup oil ( 80 ml )
