Ingredients:-
500 g mutton or beef
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
OTHER INGREDIENTS:-
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
coal for smoky flavour

Today I made this tikka boti n can't believe it turned out amazing lazeeezzzzz. U wouldn't believe I don't eat beef n mutton but cook because of you Lubna di, yours many recipe I have tried and all were amazing. U know what everybody says this girl don't eat but cook perfectly without tasting. Hai na maze ki baat😍😍😍, thank u Lubna di thanks a lot.
