I spoke with my bank, and I was told the MER is included in the price of the mutual fund, For example: if the fund costs $10 per unit and the fee is 1%, then i pay $10.10 per unit. This is for the MER

So for example I buy mutual funds on like Wealth Simple is the MER already included in the stock price or is this an ongoing cost

Hi Mienye Josiah, MERs are ongoing fees that you continue to pay as long as you own the fund.

@@TheIndependentDollardoesnt really address the question. Is it factored into your ROI percentages? When you get quarterly reports. Example if it shows it grew 3%

@@TheIndependentDollar How about you talk about how Wall St owns the SEC and Congress? And how these fees turn into thousands and thousands of dollars stolen from the hard working American worker over the course of twenty years?
