Actually main concern to apply Directly is it's not user friendly when compared to third-party apps. That's main reason still third party apps leading eventhough who have idea about direct.

Thank you for clear briefing. I have purchased MFs Regular and Growth. Price wise DIRECT FUNDS ARE TAKING MORE PRICE. Example TATA DIGI INDIA as on 31 Dec 21 NAV RS. 45 & In Regular this is 40.65. The diff is almost rs 4 for one unit. Why this huge difference.please clarify.

Due to Expense ratio. Regular ER is 1.94 and Direct is 0.35. Higher the ER, lower the NAV.
