if he used to meet 500 people in a day and spent minimum 5 minutes with each person then he used to work 41.66 hours per day. 500*5 = 2,500/60= 41.66 hours

It's good program but still need to discuss a lot on the subject of *affordable housing* and there are many models available and worked out successfully in many countries. Amongst the stakeholders of the transaction I.e. Govt., Financial institution, developer and customer, no one is willing even to change a dot of affordable housing except customer who is end user. Many studies done at various levels with huge amount are in shelf somewhere.
