The reason I think muzak waited so long to go after ubuyashiki is because he couldn't find him and he was scared of someone like the dude we've been getting glimpses of showing up. That's why I think he had the woman track all the demon slayers b4 he made his move

Aside from the fact that he does not know where Ubuyashiki is, Muzan is being extra careful not to underestimate the Corps because the last time he did that, he almost died at the hands of Yoriichi. Which is why he also doesn't use his Upper Moons that much and takes a slow approach at finding the Blue Spider Lily (esp before Nezuko survived the Sun)

When we got to watched Zenitsu backstory of how his grandpa trained him and their was was boy who thrown apples on zenitsu head when he was younger and they showed the side profile and that necklace and hairs of that character ant thats the same character who was in gyomei story. gotta pay attention to these minor details they are bone chilling!!

2 things, when Sayo was saying "he's a monster. He's the one who killed everyone." she was refering to the demon, not Gyomei. she couldn't articulate herself well being that she was a scared 4 year old. The police assumed she meant Gyomei because the demons body disappeared. The next is that the the mist/aura coming from Muzan when he was walking is him walking through the wisteria barrier and it burning off of him. He walked through it like it was nothing.

I will say, atleast from what I remember from the manga, the start of this episode was the last time you see zenitsu unserious 🔥🔥🔥

Also Muzan was busy trying to find the blue spider lily but because Nezuko conquered the sun, he had no need for the blue lily spider so he just set out to find her, hence locating the headquarters
