This was the song being played when Hyunwoo sent Haein to surgery. That scene was so emotional, I cried so much. Haein inside the surgery room calling Hyunwoo's name so that she can't forget. Hyunwoo breaking down after keeping it all in. I hope they have a happy ending. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

I felt sadness, felt romance, how this song was combined with the scenes in this drama, especially when Baek Hyun Wo expressed his love for Hae In, it was simple but his expression looked very, very romantic.
