I so glad you reacted to Hyuna, people have been so judgemental through the years cause she often shows a very risqué side. When it comes to kpop what's the most popular among k-netizens are the groups with a very cute and innocent image, and that's easily profitable. There's a lot of double standards in the industry, male idols are praised when they take of theirs shirt, body roll and whatnot but if girls wants to dive into a more sensual and sexy concept, a lot of the time they get bashed. In my eyes Hyuna gives no fucks and she helps push the boundaries for female idols. Also I couldn't help but laugh when you said your girl didn't like you liking CL and now you've discovered Hyuna LOL. I hope you react to more of Hyuna and maybe some of 4Minute since that's the group she started in (unfortunately they've disbanded)

some history of HyunA *that I know of* she first debuted with a group called wonder girls under jyp but bc if some health issues her parents made her leave the group (i think so) and after she got better she signed under a diff entertainment company named cube and debuted with 4minute as a rapper *I don't know much about 4minute* and did some solo stuff after debut, I believe they disbanded in 2016? and she became a full time solo artist. One of her hit songs is troublemaker you should check it out!

After JYP she signed under Cube Entertainment and debuted with 4minute as the main rapper, and a few years later debuted with a solo career that she promoted at the same time. She's well-known as the main female in Psy's "Gangnam Style" MV and also was part of the duo Troublemaker with Jang Hyunseung, formerly of B2ST.

Most famous songs: Bubble Pop, Red, Roll Deep, Change and much more As 4Minute: Crazy, HuH, Hot Issue, WHat's your Name, Heart to Heart, Mirror Mirror, I My Me Mine and a lot more She debuted as a solo artist with change in 2010 while also promotting with 4Minute, the first girl group of CUBE. $´4Minute was also a success tough they were pretty fucused on Hyuna since she gained alot of attention for her sex appeal. You were right about her time in the legendary group Wonder Girls. SHe debuted with them in 2007 but as her health was not well soo oafter Irony she quit the girls ( Yubin was than added in Tell Me) . We are defenlty lucky that her health got better and that she got to debut again.

Aliff Aiman I know what the actual romanization is, but I wrote “Hyuhn-ah” because it’s easier to convey the sounds phonetically that way. The pronunciation of “eo” by an English speaker could be mistaken as having a long “e” and short “o”sound her name is definitely not Hyee-on-ah. You get me? Lol

You need to watch HyunA's previous group, 4Minute....specifically their video "Crazy". If you like sexy ladies who are badass, this is for you. Also, it has the best beat drop in history. I cannot trust people who hear it & don't fall in love. Also, her side project Triple H (with Hui & E'Dawn of Pentagon) with their video 365 Fresh. The song itself reminds me of Bruno Mars & the music video is like a movie. It's like if the movie Doom Generation was kpop. I'm legit mad the video's only a few minutes long & not an actual movie. You will come out of it shipping all three of them together.

I forgot to mention Trouble Maker!!! That is the name of the duo she was in with Hyunseung (formerly of Beast). "Trouble Maker" is also the name of their first hit song. That's from way back in 2011. In 2013 they had a second mini-album & their song "Now (There is no tomorrow)" is my favorite of the two although "Trouble Maker" is probably the more famous of the two. They had electric chemistry together & really portrayed the idea of a toxic, doomed relationship well.
