THE AMOUNT OF LORE IN THIS. So Yves was the one revolving around Hyejoo in Why Not. Yves' clothes resembles the ones she wore in New specially with the parts where she was eating the apple. I think this mv shows a lot from yyxy's storyline with rose that are now blue and all. The last part reminds me of Chuu's part in Why Not except it was Heejin on a car and the moon was the one shining not the sun.

I think Jinsoul is wearing a red jacket because she is trying to fool Heejin, so she will think Jinsoul is Kim Lip (Heejin would follow Kim Lip because she has knowledge, Kim Lip is the owl and she was at the library in so what). Kim Lip is not there because she is haunting something or someone, later we find out she is looking for Yves, so the plan of Jinsoul works. There is also a hallway that seems Gowon color, and it makes sense since she has the butterfly effect power, with Kim Lip walking through. The stairs Yves tries to use reminds me a lot of Olivia scenes in egoist and butterfly mv, she is trying to go somewhere. Idk i'm going crazy... And if we ever thought that they needed to gather together, the title is pretty clear, so they are not friends. They are reunited by faith, not because they like each other.

THEORY TIME: So obviously the whole Jinsoul is the real villain theory is starting to unfold. Since colors play such a massive role in the loonaverse its safe to assume that the changing of her hair color from angelic white to pitch black represents her inner dark side finally coming out. She has already corrupted/ recruited members of 2/3 sub units- Kim Lip & Yves so all she needs is Heejin to join finally complete her own "sub unit". Hence the beginning w/ Heejin chained to the chair & Jinsoul trying to threaten/ seduce (not in a sexual/romantic way) her to join them. Jinsoul in my opinion represents something different to each girl, kind of like their 7 deadly sins if that makes any sense. To Kim Lip she is her Joker ( 0:21 ) making Kim Lip be like her Harley Quinn sidekick. Kim Lip is so desperate to feel loved & needed that she falls victim to Jinsoul. For Yves its obvious shes' always had a problem w/ authority & people telling her what to do. Jinsoul doesn't even need to convince her, Yves just too easily gives into temptation (hence the apple being bitten to the core, she had a taste already & couldn't stop at just 1 bite). Heejin doesn't give into temptation as easily as the others though. Heejin has always been the perfect good girl, never straying from her angelic image (hence the white flowing gown). However, in her debut song you can see she strays from her perfect image just enough to add some "color" into her life- this shows that there is part of her that is curious about the dark side & what colors lay there. However, Jinsoul & the girls show her how fun the dark side can be if she is willing to let go of her good side. She is still a bit in denial & hesitant in the middle of the m/v (she is wearing headphones at 2:27 to block out the noise of her own gunshots). At the end of the m/v you can see Heejin throwing away the handcuffs as if she has finally been released from her own shackles & is now finally free. The moon at the end is all of their colors put together, they have now officially become their own sub unit. The wolf howl at the end though suggests Olivia is not happy about this.... next sub unit foreshadowing ???? edit: btw i have a literal degree in digital filmmaking- overanalyzing videos frame by frame is legit what i do in my spare time for fun lol.
