Synopsis:
Story about a Korean emperor Lee Gon (Lee Min-ho) who tries to close the doors to a parallel world which was opened by demons who were unleashed by a deity into the human world, and a detective Jung Tae-eul (Kim Go-eun) who tries to protect the people and the one she loves.

I first noticed this song in ep2 during the scene where lee gon is looking at the portraits of the kings in the past (1:17) and have been desperately searching for it until now 😂

Yes this song came out in the very first episodes but in that horse riding scene, with the chemistry of the two main leads, it's like 100 times better. Beautiful song for a beautiful scene.

Lee Min Ho really did extraordinarily well in this kdrama. His every stance, his presence coordinated with his role as king so well. He really went hand in hand with his character. How is it possible for an actor to be so graceful like a king in his every move, as if he has really been trained for that his whole life? Salute to such an outstanding actor and out of the world performance. Even now, I'm having trouble putting his greatness and hardwork in this work into words.

I was sobbing!!!! Screaming like crazy. That scene was crazy intense!!!!!!!!!! I would die right on spot, not becuz i was wounded but becuz the way my king came. Like i never expected that scene to be that intense. Helicopters flying, loads of cars with army. King with his white horse and other soilders on horse. Fighting people with his sword like what even a hero wont be able to do. And lets not forget what he said!!!! That line is engraved in my heart. Hugging her so tight then picking her up on his arms. Uff everthing was just so intense.

This song really brings out Lee Gon's feelings. In spite of his trauma, he was able to live because he knew she lived somewhere. The voice, music combined with the picturization makes it epic. The feels of this drama might be similar to Goblin, but they are strikingly different❤️

This story is soo beautiful. The scene, the view, the storyline, the colour tone, the songs, the actors/actress too. Mostly everything. I love every of it. Those who love epic n majestic story + love + sci fic + action like me; this is a must watch. One of the best I found

ORBIT + GRAVITY...this drama should've been a Sci-Fi Space Opera instead 😅 (Guess it IS about Space Time Continuum in a way). NELL...OH NELL ❤️ Their music always tug at the heartstrings. Ever since THE DAY BEFORE got me hooked, they've been my fav Korean Band. It's great to have NELL on the OST album. 😍

I love the natural chemistry of Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun. Wouldn't wish they can be a couple in real life, but if that is something going to be happen I'll be glad. Kim Go Eun has inner beauty that not every girl/actress has. She is an angel.

The dual characters played by the actors are legit talents worthy of recognition and awards. the storylines and cinematography are very tasteful and beautiful. the plot twists and the story telling are mindblowing. this is indeed a masterpiece. it doesnt only hits ur hearts but tickles ur mind as well. TKEM is one of the best kdramas i've seen so far.
