I'm trying to remember who said it, but someone said that the graphics could be crap, but can work if the art style works well and has more emphasis. Don't think Capcom got the memo on that.

Yeah. For the life of me, I just couldn't remember who said it, but I remembered why they were talking about it. It's a really good point to, especially since as art style > graphics when it comes to what kind of game it is. I don't mean 'is it a fighting game, is it an RPG?', but the tone. If that makes sense.

Liam used his Nightcrawler voice in Infinite, it's not bad infact it makes him sound younger than in UMVC but I can't stop thinking of Nightcrawler

The first time were MvCI's visuals weren't that bad compared to UMvC3. Voice actor isn't as good though sadly

I'd say the opposite; he sounds like a smoker in 3 and exactly how I would not imagine his voice to sound.

@@slimballs9650 A smoker? Not exactly what I'd call his voice. I think it's more so that he's more theatrical and has more of the over the top Wizard feel. But the one from Infinite feels like they were just trying to mimic the MCU version of Dr. Strange.

While I prefer Rick Pasqualone’s voice over Liam O’Brien’s (though he does a great job in this game), I vastly prefer Strange in Infinite in terms of aesthetics thanks to the updated VFX on his magic.

As much as i love Liam O'Brien's voice i definitely enjoy the inflection of MVC3 strange more. Sure its campy and over the top but its DEFINITELY fun.

Doctor Strange in my opinion is probably the only character that looks and sounds better in Infinite, yeah maybe it's another case of a mcu inspired character, but I still prefer him in Infinite.

Strange's Magic looks way better in Infinite. Even without Astral projection, the level 3 still looked pretty with the new particles. About the only cool thing about him tho...

You can see and hear the higher budget UMvC3 had Marvel Infinite is the proof that a game have amazing gameplay, but still fail if everything else is poor
