Jörgen Börg If you have a cordless drill at home, try giving it full power and then letting go of the "throttle", if you look inside the air gaps at the back of the drill you should see sparks

@@cheeman770 the arcing happens inside the motor and the motor is sealed inside a metal casing. You can't see it. Also where do you want the arcing to show? Which part of the car. Be aware that arcing could possibly fry the electronics

Doc. Volt most of The cars in this video were dedicated race cars, but the stock looking cars probably have built engines along with after market manifolds and turbos to handle the heat.

Thanks. The normal plates have red letters and numbers. When they are green it means that it's a garage plate. Usually only temporary and only garages can use them.

What exactly causes the crackling and popping when coasting with your foot off the throttle?

Fuel is injected into the exhaust pipe causing combustion, this causes an extra pressure in the exhaust pipe that maintains the optimal RPM of the turbine of the turbo so anti-lag is reduced
