No more Envy envy I suppose. Most likely bags it pending on wind conditions. Isn't really needed with this setup.

I know he had one in the bag back last Winter. Stabilizer + Tempo + Proxy is a pretty crowded approach lineup already (and covers the whole spectrum of possible shots in my mind) (not that I would go anywhere without an Envy, in fairness).

He might want more differentiation in slots at that speed, for his game. And who knows, he might cycle one or more in over time. Every ITB is different with these pros over time. 🙂

First signature discs are the most popular molds at the time usually and what they feel comfortable with out the gate. Preferences change.

With as hard as Eagle throws, Craves and Waves probably do a full barrel roll. lol But seriously they’re probably just way way too flippy to serve him any real use.

Proxy in premium plastics flies almost identical to the Envy in base plastics. It's all about which feel you prefer.

I've seen him throw some on vlogs, and I am disappointed he doesn't bag them, cause I bag them and we are obviously such similar players.

For most arm speeds Pyro>Deflector maybe/probably/depending. For a pro with a big arm and an appetite for overstability, Deflector all day long. It would be a crime if he didn't bag the Deflector. Anyone whose reading this, if you want pure unadulterated BEEF the Deflector is where you can find it, 24/7, 365 days a year.

To be fair it's a mix of what MVP would prefer him to promote, and what a pro player (especially a disc nerd like Eagle) wants to bag to fill certain slots they want or need. I'm totally with you on bringing back some of those discs (Clash in particular), but nearly every pro bags one or more discs that are either out of production or maybe limited release, factory seconds. 🙂

If I remember correctly, some of the OOP molds don't fit with their current production processes. They made improvements on their end and some molds didn't work well with the new process or weren't cost effective. I doubt those discs would get re-run. Thrill probably gets run for Eagle or they tweak that mold to make him a signature disc.

Servo was the first disc I felt comfortable throwing. I enjoy that it is getting love because we will seen more stamps and SEs, but dread how much harder it will be to get one once everyone finds out how awesome it is all around.

I think he just puts so much more torque and power into the disc-- so a straight disc like excite (for me) is a roller for him

Most pros prefer over stable. It’s all about knowing what the disc will do and overstable provides that reliability

Yeah I noticed in the last skins match that he throws hard all the time. I forget which hole it was but he went like 72 mph with a slower disc while everyone else was throwing 65-68 with faster discs
