Some of Valley State trumpet sounds like a scream. I know some of those notes are tough. They do sound very clean. I’ve alway loved Southern, but Valley needs to show they are happy to be there. I love Southern’s mellophone players, there playing is clean and they can hit the scales fantastically, they are awesome. The tuba section is just as great.
