A bit disappointed because this really should have been a 7:07 before I failed at movement a couple times. Still I mostly just wanted the sub 7:10, I don't think anything under 7:05 is reasonable right now, but hopefully someone finds new strats to make sub 7 real one day.

Is there a hint in this mission that Shepard is gonna betray the 141? Like he is reluctant to negotiate the cease fire by the marines. Also doesn’t do much to save the squad.

It is a hint. In the second mission, you hear soldiers say "Since when does Shepherd care about danger close ?" so his actions are consistent throughout the game up until his betrayal. In retrospect however it makes even more sense. This is just to say how good the writing is in this game.

1:36 nice little fake hiding the sniper rifle! Made the enemies lose their concentration which costed them being completed at WORLD RECORD PACE

Why do you kill the first guy on the adjacent helicopter? Is he slow for a scripted event and killing him skips it?

It forces a new teammate to spawn after I get inside, he then walks down the stairs and starts all the dialogue early.
