This was something MxPx made with Five Iron Frenzy. It was a reward for MxPx's 10th album Kickstarter, which is how I got a hold of it, but you can purchase it at www.fiveironstore.com/product...
Unfortunately, I requested MP3 files instead of WAV, and the only way to listen to it now is through MP3 files.
