My 1.5 yr old has developed this habit of doing this ritual every day.
I explained to her that God sends the sun and the rain. I tell her that it is God who makes the flowers grow, and gives us food to eat. I started praying with her, using simple words which she can easily understand. Like “I like to thank God for the good things He's given me.” Thank you for protecting us. Thank you for giving us this beautiful life. Please keep every one safe and healthy.
I kept doing this for few days.
Now this has become integrated into her daily routine.
This is to teach her gratitude.
Living a life of gratitude is essential because it can make you feel happier and more content. By focusing on what you're thankful for, you're training your brain to spot the good in life.
