My 1st Leadership Job

I love leadership, but it hasn't always been like that!
In fact, in 2001 I hated being in a leadership job for the first time. I had no interest in being a manager and had no idea what I was supposed do or how I was supposed to act!
Despite not wanting to be a manager I made the decision to try and make the most of the opportunity and for 3 months worked as hard as I could to be the best manager possible!
This is the story and the lessons I learnt from that experience!
I hope it helps someone interested in becoming a manager and leader, and I would love to see your comments or questions in the comment section.
