My music preference leans towards The Perfect Red Velvet but Reve Festival 2019 is arguably their most polished album musically. Until the Wendy injury and Covid, 2020 was shaping up to be peak RV. You can watch bits of their Seoul La Rouge (mature and sexy RV) concert on YT (Oct 2019) which many were anticipating for Japan and North America in 2020. SM appears to have problems sustaining 2 GGs simultaneously so with Aespa and the pandemic (and contract negotiations) RV comebacks might be less frequent. Looking forward to Wendy solo album. I'm gonna be the bold one to say that sometimes Red Velvet's bsides are better than some of their title tracks but still their whole discography is pristine. That's what Red Velvet and us ReVeluvs take pride on. That part where Wendy was doing a whistle note, it was Ladies Night, and it is known to be the most expensive song from the album that SM bought from the composers of the song. Production wise and vocal and harmony wise, all of their songs just really has the best quality 🥰
