Happy New Years brother. Gave me motivation had a similar journey where I started practicing no fap semen retention sungazing moongazing everything I could do to live better and explore new things and I still practice and workout a lot but I just been losing a lil bit of confidence from thoughts and thinking what people from me talking to myself bc I do it a lot but I don’t think it’s bad it’s just Idk maybe I should meditate I haven’t meditated in a few days. I am also failing school but I’m trying to get it back up, it’s 2021 I got to make a change it’s so hard but that’s just my mindset I got to change, I got to. Thank you for this video . I’ve came such a long way I can’t just stop now. I literally came from being very depressed and smoking weed and watching porn to now almost 5 months on semen retention and working out a lot taking care of myself and being connected to nature and myself more but now school has been fucking me up and it’s bc I’m letting it fuck me up. It’s been a hard block in my life, it’s what had me depressed back in 2020 when we went into quarantine. Could you give me any tips as I know you went through your things and overcame and worked hard to be where you are now as did I but now I feel like I might be fucking going down because it takes a toll on me mentally. Life get hard and I still keep pushing regardless

@@bryanpyoungking4916 I respect the progress you made on your journey bro, take a second to appreciate how far you came 💯 and if I were you, I’d get out a piece of paper and write down some goals you want out of life, don’t gotta be anything crazy, but things you really wanna do (preferably something you can earn income from , like KZfaq, making music, being an actor, an artist, fitness person, etc. Then start taking baby steps to work towards those goals while being in school. You don’t gotta spend all day doing this passion but spend some time ojt of the day doing it. Cuz lets all be honest, we got more time on our hands other than doing school work, even myself (being in college, I dedicate a lot of time to KZfaq while maintaining my grades and well-being) find that balance and grind brotha 🙏🏽

2020 taught me to just keep going because, alot I gave up to make myself feel better 🤧. I had deep depression since I was 9 and I am grateful to be out of that dark place😅💯🙏🏽. 2021 I will succeed more than ever and have more brighter days 💯. An also make me a smoothie 😂😉. New year same soul🙏🏽💯😎.
