I hope to see more of your journey in Japan. I too want to teach English in Japan. I found a program that accepts associates degree. hoping I start next year or January 2025. because I graduate next year October. for the mean time I will do the volunteer program in Japan. thank you so much for the inspiration.

@@ZuriAfrica I found the program called Kidsduo, they have sister companies too. Another program called TEFL Heaven. and another program which you can teach English, be a trainee and volunteer. It's called Ark Foreign Language Academy

Hey babe are you also going to apply to the JET program from that side? Did you prepare all the documentation? I am trying to decide between Japan and China but I am not sure where to go so please share as much as you can about Japan🙂I am planning to leave SA in the second half of 2024. Love you loads❤️🫶🏽

From the JET program’s website I can’t apply in country. I already applied and I wasn’t accepted so…. No I’m not going to do that again. I came here with all my qualifications and documents. Go on the Japanese Embassy Website and see what they say.

Hi Zuri love your content. I just want to ask what was your motivation for you and your fiance to join the jet program..was it for a better income,better opportunity or just for the experience?

Thank you. We looked at plenty of programs (like the EPIK program in Korea )and JET was the best comparatively and Japan is a country we’ve always wanted to go to so it was a no brainier. 🌸
