Totally recommend reusable crochet pads instead of disposable cotton ones! I've had mine for ages and they work great and are much better for the environment. I got mine at a local farmer's market but you can find them online too.

It's a shame your vegetarian diet didn't work out. But it is possible! It might be good to look up good recipes with a lot of protein (cause you do work out and move a lot), and also invest in maybe multi vitamins for vegetarians/vegans? Also vitamin D. I live in Sweden and England is similar with the long winters without sun Everyone takes up vitamins and minerals differently. I became vegetarian in 2013 and vegan in 2016. This is just if you feel like you would want to try again of course! ❤
