@@wolfgangmozart3772 by good skin she means healthy. You can have acne and good skin at the same time... in her case a few dots of pimples/acne isnt gonna disturb her make up. It takes me like 10 minutes to only cover up my acne cause if i dont do it right it will look super patchy and whatever (atleast for me)

Same here but I’ve found that at Ulta you can try out the Shape Tape concealer minis. You can see what color works best for you without spending a ton of money.

Girl I’m so excited to share this with you bc I freaked out when I finally found a dupe myself- been using tarte shape tape in light forever but it’s a touch drying and almost 30$. I just tried the new cover girl concealer with the black and white swirly cap in LIGHT NUDE and I swear to god it’s SUCH a similar product/dupe and color is literally perfect match. Try it!!!

avcbisu i think she means instead of using BOTH a foundation and concealer, just one thin layer of higher cover concealer is better for the skin? not too sure, but i use this technique too and it feels lighter and looks better than both foundation and concealer :)

she’s using the residue of the concealer and brushing on a light layer so your skin feels breathable throughout the day. I use the same techniques for everyday and it holds so much better without foundation.

I have been doing the same thing with my lashes for the last year or so with the maybelline lash serum. No mascara ever works for me or curls my lashes or keeps the curled..! As soon as I started doing this, using the serum, letting it dry, then curling - my curl lasted all day! Really reccomend for straight lash people! This is such a pretty look, you are so ridiculously gorgeous! I need to try that highlighter !!

You have such pretty eyebrows naturally... You really don't need an eyebrow pencil at all! You could really just do the clear eyebrow gel to keep the hairs in place. I wish I had never started plucking my eyebrows back in the 80s... It was the style to have pencil thin eyebrows... And now I've got so many sparce areas where the hairs don't grow anymore🙄 its crazy!! I have to use a pencil and then a liquid eyebrow pen to draw fake hairs... Its such a pain, not to mention time consuming!!! I too never wore liquid foundation when I was younger... Just concealer, powder and blush. And tbh I feel like my skin is alot healthier today because of it. I'm 52 and wishing I had your beautiful complexion!! Keep up the good work... I love watching the artistry that this younger generation is coming up with!! Your beautiful!!❤

Shape tape does not work very well for dry skin. You may want to switch for a less matte option. I think the L'Oréal Fresh Wear might work on you.

Just throwing this out there, but maybe try doing a sheet mask or using a serum before applying makeup. It’ll will make your skin nice and supple if dry skin is an issue.

Koolie I have dry skin amd I just use shape tape on areas where I need coverage and just spread it out. But I use less than she did here and build up only where needed. Also I use a lot of moisturizer as well as a non-mattifying spf so I get moisture from multiple places. Works great.

Ooh I thought I was the only one who did that lash trick! I use clear Great Lash and let that dry and it works kind of like hair spraying your hair before styling, it helps my super straight Asian lashes hold a curl and bonus: because I am brushing out my lashes with the clear mascara first I can really make sure they’re all pointing straight so when I curl them I don’t have any weird ones that point to the side or cross over each other.

I love this! I do a similar routine throughout the week. I really only apply foundation if I’m going out on a date or dinner or something special. I love the BH Cosmetics compact powder! Very buildable and blends really well.

Very natural & pretty. My only suggestion would be, when using a product with a applicator, is put it on a pallete or back of hand not straight on the face. Then apply to face, avoiding blemishes ( buy a few mini sponges & spot concealer brush) those applicators are notorious for contaminating the product applying to face then back in tube. If you use the same sponge and go from blemish to eye you are also risking an eye infection.

I start with wash face because i use over night cream..then i put primer and mixed bit tinted cream with daycream ..i curve my lashes realy up and put bit water proof mascara just that lashes stay up all day. Also lipbalm is must here in north europe. And if i feel i put little bit setting powder and spray these set up sprays.😊

Yesss love this Haley! I use Chanel concealer as foundation! Being a dark blonde with natural gold lights I have issues finding good eye brow pencils. I’ll check out the hourglass blonde eye brow pencil you recommended. I feel I always end up with pencil colors to gray, or to dark, or wayyy to mustard yellow looking. Loved the look!!! You have stunningly smooth skin (we all get the few odd spots here and there but smooth texture is hard to achieve). Also your brows are so gorgeous naturally I thought you had them micro-bladed! Although, equally loved how they looked with makeup, now if only I could resist plucking mine! 😅
