okay so I wanted to share one of my experiences related to skincare. And this experience has changed the way I think about skincare. I don’t remember when, since 2019 I am always confused what year it is, anyway, back to topic, so during the winter season of (some year) , I started eating amla (Indian Gooseberry) and I continued having them for like 3-4 months. It’s a seasonal fruit available only during the winters. And guys, trust me when I say my skin looked THE BEST during that time. Look I don’t wanna exaggerate too much but, to put it all simply, in my opinion, what you eat is more important. Now you must be thinking why am I suddenly sharing all these. I am sharing this because I know there must be at least one overwhelmed person like me who is confused, who wants to have good skin but seeing so many expensive products everywhere, doesn’t know where to start, doesn’t know which ‘booty content’ to trust and the list goes on. I know this very well because I was that overwhelmed overthinker. 😂I was interested in skincare and in the past, I have tried a lot of diys, and also I have purchased some high end skincare. But after that winter I think I know, at least for me, eating right is very important. Look I also understand that skincare is not just to achieve the so called flawless skin, it also serves as a…self care routine,like meditation and all, it calms some people, (I hope I am right). So please dear lovelies, eat well. Have a few products that you like, and don’t feel upset if u can’t afford certain products. I understand the hype that we often see surrounding certain skincare and makeup products. Even I fall for it too😂. But I always remember my dear amla. This comment is not to disgrace this channel or anything. I personally love this channel because there’s no drama😂 straight to the point and I have many products that I bought based on this channel. But recently, I see a lot of expensive products so I kinda skip watching the videos cause I definitely can’t afford them. I am😅not really the person who watches skincare videos for stress relief, I know some people do, I have a friend who casually watches skincare videos, not to buy anything or for product recommendation.
