Doctor Now is a Hero all the abuse he takes from these people .My ex husband when I married him at 450 lbs I kicked him out of the house put him in a nursing home to lose weight he gained it he would roll to the front door and get his pizza and Chinese food now he got kicked out and he has an apartment. He weighs 900 lbs now .and I'm gone.moved to Texas

@@user-lp6mg1pi5p well don't know left him 15 years ago and payed to put him in a place to loose weight .But he got kicked out he ordered to many pizzas he has had 7 heart att food ment more to him than a wife and son he is now over 1000 lbs talked to him last week I'm going for a divorce 27 years.its time

Disability checks, food stamps, free housing, so in other words all of us that go to work everyday are paying for these people to sit at home and eat.

I don't know why they don't send everyone to a really good counselor or psychologist before they start the diet, as there are always underlying reasons why they eat.

First of all the doctor is a scientist, he believes in the physical science of the illness and does his best to get them committed because it's the only logical thing to do. When they show signs that they cannot do it he sends them to counseling.He has a strategy and I agree with him.

@Breanne Bellezza , Pauline actually lost a bunch of weight, after like FOUR years and she had a HORRIBLE attitude. I felt bad for her son Dillon but not for her. I totally agree with you about them being a waste of everybody's time, energy and resources. A LOT of people who are willing to follow Dr. Now's plan would have loved to be his patient.

I don’t understand how some people on this show ask for Dr. Now’s help but then don’t even take it? Like what’s wrong with people? Wouldn’t you take the advice from an expert if you needed help?

I can't feel anything but absolute disgust when I see these people eating themselves into oblivion. There are success stories for some and those at least made a dramatic come back to life. But the ones with feel sorry myself attitudes and those that blame everyone but themselves for their life choice I just can't empathize for. And the doctor gets abused by the whiners and that is absurd also. I have no pity for these particulars..

It's beyond my comprehension how people can allow themselves to reach such enormous weights. I surmise that they suffer from mental illnesses. Sad and tragic, but Dr. Nowzaradan is making valiant efforts to help as many as possible, bless him. /

They lived with mama as grown men for free in grandma's house, just eating like 2 parasites. Grandma dies and the relatives understandably sell the house. These two inherited enough cash to buy the van even to get to TX he scrounged money off his cousin. Someone in Cal. said all he did was sit in Mcdonald's all day playing games. Never once did he intend to a be a productive, contributing member of society.

About to get my laugh on. Between Dr.Now accent and the oblivion of delusion these patients have when the going gets tough is downright comical. 😆 WITH ALL due respect, because at the end of the day some of us will reach to the stars above and swear we can pull one down in order not to go through the pain of #CHANGE. Self discipline is a mutha..♥️

Oh so Jeanne's father passed how very sad, he dint mind abandoning her when she needed him as a child so mom KNOWING JEANNE WAS BEING PHYSICALLY ABUSED DAILY BY HER GRANDMOTHER IGNORES IT AND gets a b f and as usual the B.F. molested Jeanne. If he had been a man and stayed committed she wouldn't have been exposed to strange men. I read he also deserted his other children by a different woman then he returns when he's old and half dead.
