Kapag newbie po ba 4 hrs. lang ibibigay sayo?

@@HoneyBliss With all honesty (shhhh hahaha) they highly require the tutors with a wired internet connection but as long as you do pass the required internet speed (atleast 2mbps for DL or UL can't quite remember) you're good to go. :) Now that I am already teaching, so far I encountered no connection problems on my side :)

Grabe sila kababa mag offer to think na ilang taon na ang experience ko sa RJ , 90 pesos pa din .Sinasadya pa nila na babaan ang scores sa demo para nga naman ma justify mababa nilang offer.Yeah, sobrang late sila from interview pati demo late din ang QA,then ibang kasabayan ko mag demo no show ang mock student

Mia Calligraphy same with native camp, we experienced with my friends , I was an applicant of the company but unfortunately I’ve experienced terrible service from their staff . The interviewer are intentionally failing the applicants for somewhat reasons that they have. How do i say so? Before conducting an interview or demo, an applicant will undergo technical check before he/she can proceed , but what i experienced , they told me that they couldnt hear me or see me clearly . I’ve tried to call my friend but they don’t experience the same thing. Gumawa din ako ng isa pang account , same thing ang sinabi ng mga sumagot sa calls ko the fact na ng undergo ako ng tech. Check before every demo

@@mrei2878 omg. I had the experience as yours are native camp. I waited for 2 hours sa demo, and finally, at exactly 7pm, may sumipot, pero he was saying that he can't hear me. Then the next morning, i took my demo again, and the evaluator told me that they are looking for the "perfect candidate". I understand that there is a tough competition nowadays in these online teaching companies, but I find it dismaying that the admin staff of some seems too unenthusiastic. However, the evaluators at rarejob and acadsoc were very professional, in my opinion.

It's sad to hear stories like this but it is true, some DS are not that responsive and accommodating.

@@HoneyBliss yes and she's not the only one who experienced that. Their batch who passed the demo class have the same problem . They could not contact their DS or always offline.

Di naman kailangan na mag noise cancelling mic ka agad. Acadsoc will understand naman kung hindi ka pa makakapag invest ng noise cancelling headset, yung sa akin kasi hinintay ko muna yung sweldo ko sa first cut off para makabili ng matinong headset hehe

This is true. 8k is considered as full time n not part time na kahit gusto mong dagdagan eh yun lang talaga. Di namin tinuloy kasi sa ad nila super taas ng nakasulat 60k wow. And di mo din malaman kung magiging permanent ka o hindi, so we just decided to apply sa call center. Its like fake advertisement, people should be warned. Oh and we did wait for days for the orientation. We tried to ask questions but there was no reply. So sit n wait ka talaga kung kelan sila magrereply. We did pass but we decided not to push thru with it.

Hi sis! I worked for around two months lang sa acadsoc and nasa probationary pa ako that time kaya di ako nabigyan ng COE. Nagpaalam lang po ako sa tm ko na di na ako magwowork kasi magrereview ako for boards.

Sasabihin po nung nag interview kung nakapasa po kayo and when you pass the interview, automatic na yan na nasa probationary stage na po kayo 😊

Maabot mo lang yung 60k na sahod sis kung regular ka na, usually mga top tutors yung umaabot ng ganyang sahod because of the incentives 😊
