I am a retired interior designer, and that was my thoughts exactly. Furniture should be brought in closer in order for a conversation. Then Large indoor palms to add some green as color to the space. Alas, she will and should do as she pleases.

Guess if I give the same advice people think I'm just hating. But you are very right. They are doing things in a very shoddy way. I hope when inconcept interiors guy( Mr Ebole) arrives there then maybe he can advice them on how to rearrange. Plus I don't understand why they put books on the footstool? And it will be very rude to ask visitors to wash their hands before sitting . They have a very massive living room, they should create an everyday sitting room with not so expensive sofa's and this one he has should be used when he has some "special" or thee way he likes to put it "VIP" visitor's.......

Marwa and Rocio, in African traditions, when your father visits, whether to say hello or simply passing by, it's customary to invite him inside past the entrance door and offer him a glass of water. If he prefers to stay outside or declines to enter, respect his choice. Additionally, standing at the center of the door traditionally signifies that your dad is not welcomed. I understand that not everyone is familiar with these traditions, but since you are living in the village, it's valuable to learn them to pass on to your future children.

This tradition is very informative but It seems like dad was just passing through to the farm and dropped off the honey but Rocio why put your finger in the full honey this can cause contamination. God bless you guys. I would also feel a way if my Mother in Law change up the way I have my house. I hope this isn't also tradition. You may buy furniture's that are not needed if you plan to get a designer they should be a part of the selection of furniture. This is their specialties.

Hey Marwa, from the eyes of an artist, your setting room is huge, so you need to purpose it with separate setting areas, and a dining area closer to the kitchen. An accent wall for the tv.beautiful vases and plants, lovely art pieces for the emty wall, and they should not be hang too high but at a reasonable eye level.

All of you are not giving them time to get All the needed furniture and decor pieces. He said he was getting a rug and a coffee table. I know Rocio wants large plants. Your furniture is very nice, but please e ❤️❤️❤️❤️anyone wearing jeans do not allow them the die will rub on your chairs. You can get arm covers to stop them getting dirty. A nice dark brown book shelves would look very nice as well you can put all your little ornaments on it and put curtains all around . Table lamps and a big carpet keep the furniture to your own and keep outside people off them to keep them clean well don

Marwa buy some covers for the chairs to keep them clean. They come in different colours. You can remove the covers on special occasìons.

NEVER EVER COVER THE CHAIRS! No modern house would do such a thing. I have light colored furniture in some rooms. They are protected with scotch guard. This is the appropriate way to protect the furniture. @I am Marwa @RoCabrera Travels

Atlanta GA USA in the house. There is only one who is like Marwa. He has helped so many people and is doing it at home and building his community and abroad and has shown Africa in positive ways like I have never seen before. I have never seen anyone like him before and the world needs people that are like him but unfortunately, even people he helps very seldom do anything but look out for themselves. If this young man has helped you and you take short cuts, I hope he wash his hands of you.

Honey is very good , she can have honey. , it is absorbed differently than sugar , especially white sugar . The white foods like bread , rice and pasta is as bad as sugar . Honey is a much better and healthier alternative.

I think the end tables and the futon (looks like a bench) should be dark. Since you constantly have visitors in your home, you should have purchased dark colors or even leather, which can be easily wiped.

While it's not safe to give honey to babies under a year old, eating honey when you're pregnant won't harm you or your unborn child. That's because your grown-up stomach can handle the bacteria in honey that sometimes makes babies sick with a rare illness called botulism.

I believe congrats mom needs to see an orthopedic surgeon. Her hand looks like it has a severe problem which needs urgent attention. Initially the local hospital just plastered it but it seems the problem was severe. Let her visit the specialists who can and will give her a proper diagnosis and treatment. If left that way the hand will degenerate and the nerves too will die. The hand will end up being disabled. Seek urgent assistance please

You right the hand has taken long to heal and it still looks swollen a nerve maybe that have been pinched somewhere and the inflammation does not help . She needs good PT to get it mobile

Marwa, given the heavy traffic in your villa, you may consider buying white customized zip-on covers for your furniture . Those covers can be easily unzipped washed and zipped back on. ---just a thought!!!😇😇😇😇

All they need is Scotch Guard to protect the furniture. It’s not practical to buy expensive, designer furniture, then cover it up. No one with this type of house would do so. Putting covers on would be for a play room for the baby.

Honestly get leather chairs for downstairs. Move those expensive ones upstairs. Get local furniture manufacturers to create cream coloured couches. You will spend way less. Please protect that expensive furniture. Should be for limited use only

I would not buy local, bc it is not well made. It is also mostly outdated designs. I watched furniture being made for Claude Joseph’s grandmother. I can’t describe how bad the manufacturing was. They want quality pieces.

Heating honey makes it loose some of its natural antibacterial/antioxidant capabilities. It is best separated from the wax in a natural way.

The house looks wooow 😍😍 when travelling and away from home, please have the seats covered in polythene paper otherwise if everyone seats on them you won't like how they will look when you get back. Mom is so happy 🤗 You will need a beautiful wash basin at the dinning area with paper towels, so visitors can wash their hands when they get into your house. Consider also a sofa and coffe table in your bedroom it has space where you put a tv cabinet sort of, then complete the closet before baby comes. Rocio will need the sofa to rest and place to eat in the bedroom when with the baby 🤗

Western houses do not put wash basins in the dining area. Guests wash their hands in the nearest bathroom. No one wants guests dribbling water all over the place

I would put those white chairs upstairs and buy another pretty colour 4 downstairs iwhere the white is dirty put a little bleach with a little soap in a clean container and take a clean white cloth deep it in the bleach water squeeze and then pass it on the dirty part lightly it will come out 1 love

You have given them a formula to ruin the fabric. The way to protect the fabric is to spray it with scotch guard. I had a company come to my house and spray all the sofas and chairs. Some of them are over 10 years old but look brand new. @RoCabrera Travels

@@ladyjustice3978I think they were explaining how to clean the smudge on the bench. Scotch guard is a must do, sometimes furniture sellers do this before delivery if requested.

Peanuts and other nuts (unless you're allergic) - eating nuts when pregnant will not affect whether or not your baby has a peanut allergy. spicy food - there's no reason to avoid spicy foods. honey - it's ok for you to eat honey, but you should not give it to your baby until they're over a year old
