So I have a couple questions if I buy a 3 phase 5hp dust collector and get a 20 hp RPC to run that and future 3 phase tools is it okay to leave RPC running idle for say 2 or 3 hours here and there if not being used or is it better to shut them off?

So you only got the phase converter to run just a drill press? I like your shop with nice high ceilings and the radiant heat is a great idea for that because it keeps your feet and the machinery warm vs. forced hot air which doesn't plus no dust from FHA. What state are you in and how cold does the shop get in the intertime with the radiant going? Thanks for posting this video.

It looks very easy to install. I will try it by my self. No electrician needed.
