Some African countries are like hell, 65 years president, no democratic, irregular water and electricity, government ruins anything you try to build by heavy tax, corrupt police, corrupt customs, ritual crime, anybody who try to solve or talk about it disappeared and we have wood, oil, gaz, diamond, etc but we never seen anything, people cry when they retire because you know you will never see your pension. Can we talk about heathcare? 😂😂😂 No It is deathcare and the last one witchcraft!! Yes many Africans countries have a good potential but most of us have no choice.

Appartment or a house ??? The difference in these two living spaces is in its construction. An apartment is a part of a larger building, but a house is a building that stands on its own. In an apartment you share most commodities like parking and gymnasiums, but it's not the same in a house. Your front yard is yours and yours alone.

Not in Germany. In most rented apartments, you get an empty kitchen, not even a sink. So you have to buy a complete kitchen that you will move out with when you go. And no washing machine too, bring your own too. What you are talking about are called 'Furnished Apartments' & those are for people interested in short-term stays.
