I do not like a-lot of the BS you allow yourself to get drawn into but one thing I sincerely wish for you “Make this your priority Chantal.”Your health is your wealth. F all that other social media crap. Girl take control of your health your blessings are going to start to flow. Give all praises to Allah once they turn around and trust the process.

How are you going to take a diabetes education course without knowing any Arabic? Does everyone there teaching and taking the course with you speak English?

Hey hunni I've been diabetic for 17 years I'm 44 I ignored it and was really sick nearly died twice all my own fear of accepting it over the years.. My sugars ran constantly at 31 and above the insulin stopped working... Then I was paralysed by the covid vaccine and it left me permanently disabled... 2 years later I've turned my diabetes around eat healthy and although I can only walk a little now I do what I can... I have ckd also and am going blind... I get how sick you can feel I'm sending love and support from the UK please keep to your schedule meds etc and insulin will sadly put some weight on if you have to go high dose so eat as healthy as you can I know you can get through this here for you sweetheart ❤❤❤xxx

Honey, last year, on 8th of August, i had 300 blod sugar, and was prescribed insulin, 4 times a day, Janumet and Forxiga. Im type 2 diabetes 12 yers now. I weight 120kg. So, i decided that i Had to do something to get rid of the insulin, to improve my health.

Stick to it. The tablets you are on will help with weight loss. But they can make you crave carbs when your levels plummet. And make you drink like a fish and pee a sea.

Good Luck Chantal ❤ one thing that might help the most is getting some therapy. If you’ve had childhood trauma & it’s unresolved it can be a big factor in your ED. It was in mine. You deserve to be healthy & happy.

I remember when you were getting those premade meals through the meal service. They looked so good and were so reasonable in price. I'm sure they have a diabetic version. Why not try them again.

This could be the pivot point you’ve been waiting for. What you do now can set you up for an incredibly rewarding life. Once you really start feeling better it will give you so much motivation to stick with it. Find 5-7 good meals you love that don’t mess with blood sugar & you won’t feel deprived!
