People are more than welcome to do follow/unfollow on their own. I have an entire course teaching people how to do this. However, if someone doesn't want to spend multiple hours per day doing something like that, then our service is a great option for them.

Hi! Great questions. 1.) We tend to interact with active accounts, yes. We usually like to see some kind of recent activity (recent comments, recent likes, recent posts, etc) in order for us to interact with them. We wouldn't interact with accounts that don't appear to be active. 2.) Yes, we'll research a targeted user's Reel likes & comments in order to find potential leads. We can't research another user's Story likes & views as Instagram doesn't share that information. 3.) Hashtag targeting is hit or miss when it comes to finding qualified leads. Some niches it can be really effective, but it usually isn't as effective as finding high quality competitor accounts to source leads from.

The more sophisticated way of doing this method in the long-term would go through a collection phase and keeping an excel sheet of a list of usernames you'd like to follow, and then add any details (source, basic info, etc). And then keeping track of the follows/unfollows on that sheet. That way you wouldn't interact with the same people over and over again. Whenever you go through additional collection phases, you can "remove duplicates" in excel to make sure you don't interact with the same people over and over again. Hope this helps!

Companies, celebrities, and influencers often have multiple authorized users (managers, assistants, marketing personnel, staff members, etc) who all have access to one Instagram account. It’s pretty common. Since we’re real people using real phones, you’re essentially just giving your personal assistant access so they can help you manage your account. It becomes in violation of TOS when users have unauthorized access to your account; or when you share your credentials with harmful software, automation tools, unethical apps, etc. We obviously don’t do this.

We currently have over 50 personal growth assistants. The growth assistants are assigned to users when they sign up for a subscription. The team page on our website is only dedicated to leadership roles.

We've never had any permanent account suspensions due to our service. As long as you don't post alarming or TOS-violating content, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Keep in mind though, that if users aren't able to gain real followers with our service, there are usually other factors in play beyond our control (weak targeting provided, poor performing content, and so on). Our service is very personal and hands-on. Ultimately, we want to work with accounts that have legitimate growth goals. We do refuse to work with certain accounts if they don't have legitimate growth goals (zero posts accounts, low effort accounts, "clout" accounts, underage accounts, shady/spam accounts, TOS violating accounts, and so on). We also refuse to work with customers that sign up with fictitious information, fake names, and fraudulent billing information.

Hi! I wasn't quite sure how your question was different; so I did copy and paste it, but thank you for clarifying it. I'll expand. Since we don't provide fake followers, and we don't have any control on how many people decide to follow you (because it's based on your content, your targeting, etc), the amount of followers you gain from our interactions comes down to a "follow-back percentage". Basically, if we interact with 3,000 accounts, and 3,000 accounts see your profile, and 600 accounts decide to follow you, then your followback ratio would be about 20%. There are three things that determine your follow-back rate: - The quality of your content - The presentation of your account (bio, username, etc) - The quality of your targeting that you provide to us You could have great content and an amazing profile, but if you give us targeting information that is plagued with fake followers or low quality followers... then you'd struggle to gain real followers with us. For example, if you give us 10 accounts in your niche whose followers you'd like to target, but all 10 of those accounts purchased fake followers, fake likes, and fake comments... then growth would be essentially non-existent for you. Keep in mind, we do tend to observe these things pretty quickly, and we'd work with you to find better sources. So as you can tell, it's hard to guarantee any specific minimum growth number. We can't give personalized estimates because every account has different content, profile, and targets. That's why we have our refund policy at roughly $1 per follower. Again, we tend to work with clients who are serious about long-term growth and growth almost always improves month-over-month for the first few months. Most people who sign up are aware of this. We try to set expectations for every account that signs up. If someone only gains 250 followers their first month (kinda rare, but it happens), typically we'll try to get them to 500~ followers a month by the third month. Usually their content has also improved by the third month, which ultimately helps the most. We also tend to find better, more engaging and higher quality targets as the months progress. It's pretty flexible at the moment. We'll usually always honor it if it's under 200 followers per month. Keep in mind, if an account can't reach 200 followers, then the content strategy and the targeting selections are usually really, really poor on the user's part. Also, if an account looks like it has zero percent chance of reaching the minimum threshold (few posts, low engagement, poor targeting, non-native posts, newer account, spam account, fraud detected credit card, etc) we'll refuse to onboard it during the trial and encourage the account to fix a few issues before they sign up with us. We're re-doing our site completely and we'll clarify the refund policy one the new version.

Instagram only allows x amount of interactions per day in order to keep their platform free of spam. In theory, we could do targeted liking and commenting, but maximum growth typically occurs with follows only. So that's what we do.

If you have a brand new account, I'd focus on getting a small audience first and focus on creating engaging content so you can find out your voice on the platform first.
