I have drawn heavy metal panels as a 34 year Phlebotomist. When I requested that a doc I saw once oder that panel for me, he refused and I never saw him again. Previoulsy I saw a woman doc and she would not authorize it either. She said there is no reason for that altho all of our foods have chemicals and metals in them. I have tasted metals in coffee and I could smell the metallic odor as well. Alot of these docs are not the docs of yesteryear. This new generation of docs is awful and the best ones are on the internet.

Im May I got super sick. So sick I was literally bed-bound. After finally getting the strength to get up, I popped a niacin (250 mg) (with food) took a hot shower a few hours later, and as soon as I got out of the shower I got the craziest, most therapeutic, euphoric flush ever. Went to bed weirdly cold, woke up a few hours later completely SOAKED in my own sweat. Went back to sleep and the following morning, my body had COMPLETELY rid itself of whatever illness I had. Although a different protocol to the one you took, they are pretty much identical. To anyone reading this and is trying find a way to flush out all those nasty toxins give it a try. It works.

Alpha lipoic acid is definitely not a mild chelator ..It can be very damaging by redistributing mercury etc .dumping it in the brain for example ..Sorry Elliot people who have heavy metal toxicity could damage themselves following your protocol..I used alpha lipoic acid .It redistributed mercury .Now i suffer severe headaches every day ..for 6 months ...I suggest people who suspect heavy metals use only binders and heal the gut only until listening to maybeitsmercury channel youtube

You can test your toxin levels with a test from Great Plains Lab called GPL-tox. That helped me determine the cause of my migraines (Bromopropane and perchlorate). Glutathione IVs were a lifesaver for me. My migraines improved significantly after 2 IVs. I go once a month now. Then I got long Covid and that caused a different kind of migraine. Quitting alcohol and reducing refined carbs has been helpful. Good luck finding solutions, no one should have to live with migraines.

I did IV chelation with edta some years ago. It was over about 6-8 weeks then I got tested again. It was a urine test I believe. It got me down to "normal" levels but I'd like to finish getting rid of the rest. I think my Chiropractor is certified to do it but I might just go with the oral chelation. Thanks for shining the light on this Elliot. May you be successful at getting the lead out.

That was just the portion visible in your blood. Heavy metals enter cells through the lipid cell membrane and can't be detected with any normal testing methods until provoked and redistributed again. You would be surprised how much mercury and other hm's we can get contaminated with and how many years it can take to get rid of those...

WOW Thank you. I have mercury toxicity (amalgam fillings since 4 years old) I have been working on it for 4-5 years. I greatly appreciate you sharing this. I used EDTA for about a month but it greatly increases my carb cravings. After 5 months on the carnivore diet I could not stand the cravings once I started EDTA. I have Lyme disease which is probably the cause. I had greatly increased cravings for carbs after contracting Lyme. Eating things I never liked to eat before like doughnuts, cake, ice cream I have gone back to Diatomaceous earth and periodic fasting for Lyme. Lyme uses heavy metals to hide from the immune system by the way. By the way with lysine you should alternate with arginine. Lysine is antagonistic with arginine so take them at different times. Thank you for the information. God bless

Similar story, Was also taking EDTA, biocidin lsf, nystatin, GI Detox, zeolite, R-ALA, OptimALA, NAC, ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherols etc. Agmatine sulfate is also good but be carefull about cold sores but if taking lysine also stops it. Will activated charcoal remove other necessary minerals from your body? I read somewhere someone saying that
@susanstewart1402
@susanstewart1402 3 ай бұрын
@@lovelyj78 There seems to be some debate about this. Dr Garrett Smith covered the literature and says that activated charcoal is used in multiple times a day doses for colostomy bag patients. The only nutrient depletion seen, and it was minor, was vitamin C. The charcoal adsorbs toxic bile .. not the heavy metals directly, but the bile they are bound to. Normally, 95% of bile gets reabsorbed by the GI tract in a typical North American diet with lowish fibre.

@@EONutrition Hi Elliott please consider finding a IAOMT certified biological dentest. They use extra suction, water, and oral dams and hepa air filters so that when they get drilled out the amalgam products don't spread in to your body. I got them removed by a standard dentest and regret it. I got sick. Consider looking for a book called the "Mercury Detoxification Manual" by Andy Cutler phd. Hes a Princeton educated chemist. He also has a diet the shows foods that provoke and dont provoke heavy metals. This is important because provoking metals husts the brain, liver, kidneys and other tissues. Chealators also provoke but do it with a double bond ( foods are single) after its passed to the bile it needs to be bound with bentonite, zeolite, or charcoal so it dosent get reassured with the bile. The book also lists other chelators, methods, and vitamins to use there are biochemical reasons for this. Don't hurt your your self by doing it wrong. Also if there's any mold in the house this can impair detoxification and make you sicker. Chris Shade phd on yt is another good resource.Best wishes with your detox!

I have had neurological issues for over a year but could not find an answer. I developed shallow, rapid breathing and was in distress. I’m a nutritionist but have limited resources and abilities to assess myself so I look at vitamin deficiencies first. I felt like I should take about 1200 mg of Benfotiamine for my air hunger. The day after I made that decision , I was alerted to your video on B1. I took that as confirmation. A few days later, I went to the chiropractor where there is a foot bath. It showed the presence of heavy metals. I asked the chiropractor to use applied kinesiology to test which metal. It came back as lead. I purchased a homeopathic formula to help detox the lead. Within two days, my breathing became calmer. In all fairness, I did take a Benadryl to help calm it down, I was overwhelmed. But it led me to think if there was a connection to B1 and lead removal. Or if the deficiency of B1 made it easier for lead to accumulate. (I do live across the river from a crop science chemical plant) Then I was alerted to your video on lead! I had wondered if you found a connection to B1. You didn’t mention it on the video. Last night I came home feeling flu like and this morning a terrible headache. I wondered if I was detoxing. I still thought there was a connection to the B1 and lead somehow but could not find it. Today I’m alerted to your protocol and connection of B1 to lead! I’m so sick today so I eased up on the B1 and homeopathic lead formula but I’m excited to not only have an answer but also that I was on the right track and each time I wondered about this I was alerted to your next video. Taking a provocation agent, especially IV EDTA or high dose DMSA can in all seriousness be lethal to someone with a high level of mercury exposure. Are you familiar with Andy Cutlers work on chelation. He used DMSA/DMPS on a 4/8 hour dose cycle. He didnt recommend EDTA. He wrote a book on heavy metal chelation. Lead is stored in the bones, hence why its difficult to get readings. Also, if you mercury toxic it has a multiplicative effect. 600mg of ALA would be dangerous if you have mercury. Especially if its not dosed on the half life. Hopefully you don't have Mercury...

Yes very familiar with Andy's work, but I disagree with the premise that his chelation protocol is the only way to get rid of metals. You can flip it round and look at Garry Gordon's work, who used oral EDTA long-term in thousands with no issues. Likewise, Cutler was downright wrong about the TTFD form of thiamine. He said it was toxic, which is absolutely false

@@EONutrition love your work and dedication thiamine has helped me tremendously - but as a long term chelator (high occupational exposures) - initially used EDTA and then switched to DMSA once amalgams removed as mercury was also an issue -I am concerned about your plan to use ALA in the fashion you plan - many many Cutler people got in trouble due to using ALA in this fashion in the past. I developed tremendous mental health problems due to using ALA (even on the timed dosage plan) because I still had hidden mercury in my mouth - an amalgam under a crown. Please please carefully monitor yourself re ALA effects - as it really does seem to mobilize the mercury so that it can move from somewhere that it is not causing a lot of problems and end up where it can create terrible problems. I'm only going back to ALA after using DMSA only for a long time after finding the hidden amalgam - and then it will be low dose and timed delivery. Thank you for your work.

I would love to know how you came up with the idea of toxins being released in your blood. I would encourage you to revisit that idea and scrutinize it a bit more. Toxins are dumped into the interstitial fluids which make up the Lymphatic System. The kidneys are your waste water plant and your lymph system is the sewer system. That's as simple as it needs to be. Your blood is so sensitive to ph levels that if it raises over 7.4pm or under 7.0 ph you become septic and can die very quickly.

Principle as follows: Adipose is the main storage depot for lipid-soluble xenobiotics. Lipolysis releases free fatty acids, along with associated xenobiotics into blood. Niacin triggers an initial inhibition of lipolysis, followed by a rebound effect of increased lipolysis for approx 4 hours. Xenobiotics in blood --> liver --> conjugation --> bile to gut/ liver to kidney

Hey Elliot, I've watched a ton of your videos and share your, and I'm sure your other viewers', astonishment at the presence of the completely unrecognised public health crisis in the form of subclinical thiamine deficiency. I've personally just started the TTFD megadosing protocol whilst on the carnivore diet in order to see if it will help sort out the dysautonomia that is contributing to my severe anxiety, help resolve my gastroperesis and constipation and ultimately help resolve my moderate seborrheic dermatitis to build on the results that I have already seen. I have a load of other supplements that I'm taking alongside that I've heard you mention in your videos and interviews (vitamin C, Magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, riboflavin etc). However like many people watching your videos I'm just generally unsure of which brands to choose to buy supplements from and how to choose products based on their fillers, with the aim to avoid fillers that could potentially be unhelpful for the gut or that sensitive people generally react to. I'm not 100% sure which fillers I should be trying to avoid, or even whether I should be trying to avoid them given that my health condition, though bothersome and frustrating, is certainly not that bad relative to others. I just hear about magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and occasionally some people are so sensitive they react to microcrystalline cellulose. Is it possible to buy all supplements without fillers so you don't have to think about possible negative? The reason why I've detailed all of this is because I think that a lot of people who watch your videos could really benefit from and would really appreciate a video or an article on your website , or even a document which people could get for a reasonable fee that people would be more than happy to pay since they'll save a lot of money on buying useless supplements, that goes through the major fillers you should be trying to avoid (depending on how careful you want to be), which fillers are technically completely safe for the majority of even the very sensitive, and finally at the end of the video/document if you could provide a small list of products from brands for every vitamin and mineral that you recommend in your videos that are perfectly safe with very little risk of reaction that would be amazing. I just think it would save many of viewers a lot of time, confusion, money and potentially even pain, and would be really beneficial all around. I think most people would rather not deal with the uncertainty of something messing with you in your supplements when trying to resolve a health problem. You could even make a list of products that you can buy in NA, in Europe or wherever!
