Why would she have to move when.a wife inherits everything when her husband dies. This is true even without a will. The only time this wouldnt happen is if the person who died had a will that excluded their spouse. This is true in most of the free workd including Japan . The Inlaws have no right to the property. All she had to do was tell them to f off and to tell the movers that she owns the property . Then lock the doors. If need be call the cops have them charged with trepassing and change the locks.

This is exactly what I was thinking! What is the rationale of thinking they had the legal right to barge into this house and by virtue of yelling this is now MINE! Make it theirs? Is there a genetic brain damage problem in this family???? Is this a cultural problem?
