I played a BM game once where our Consigliere found Retributionist the night before he was about to revive the Jailor. BMed him and immediately whispered the Jailor to claim Ret as he was revived, Jailor ended up exeing the real Ret and Mafia won.

I was TirrePirre (invest) this game and i must say that the lynch on sakura was annoying as hell lol, totally missed the n3 results from you as well as the fact that i was a fairly quiet townie, watching this video provided me a better insight on what i have to work on to become a better ToS player! Also bg and ret dead n1 really hurt town :p

I was in a game once where it got down to 3 people and they decided to give the jester the win and lynched them. the next morning, the last mafia and last townie were both dead because the mafioso killed the townie and the jester killed the mafioso. It said the jester was the winner because they were the only person who won.

I'm surprised by the amount of people in the comments saying "nothing special about it". Though I think Skimm still needs to pay more attention to others' wills in the morning (missed the Escort dying to SK and was late to jump on that train, which could have appeared sus), I'm giving this a thumbs up cause that play was awesome. It wasn't just the play; Skimm pretty much had town pocketed. That's important, too.

Your "best blackmail" was using it ONCE the entire game. And, true, it did help win you the game, so can't really argue with that! Witch finding Vigilante first night AND killing mafia is extremely rare and extremely unlucky for everybody involved (Witch taking out mafia, mafia losing a member right off the bat, Vigilante being found out as a toy), but kinda funny to see your reaction. A nice game, though. I like watching videos where you win rather than when you lose. So this was nice!

I had this game yesterday, i was vet and i used the typical vet bait saying 'role plz' just about before the day ended, i killed consort and arso. Since maf already knew i was vet i said 'lmfao i cant believe this bait still gets people' so spy whispered me if i was the vet, i said yes and the day ends. N2 i alert again cause most evils dont expect it and i didnt think any townie would visit me. But the spy did, he died and had in his will that i know his role and if he dies, the town should lynch me. So even though i got 2 evils N1 and the spy gets killed by veteran when he bugged me (he even had it in his will damnit) they go ahead and lynch me ;_; I made the mistake to get salty there and now im permabanned (doesnt matter if i never sweared again or gamethrowed i guess)

I have yet to get good enough at the game to dare to tread outside Classic, but if I ever do someday dare to try to step into Ranked Practice where Blackmailers tread, this lesson in BMer 101 will come in so handy. Thank you so much for the wisdom Skimm! :)

tbt my great Consort game, where my friend died N1 as jailor and the ret came out day 2 saying they'd revive jailor, and I just constantly roleblocked them. Luckily the one lookout was afk that game so I shamelessly got to do it nonstop LOL. My friend never came back to life and I think it ended up being a flawless mafia game.

They innoed me, and I voted ImGood, because he was suspicious. When I play I usually copy someone's name and maybe confuse town a little. So one game I was BM and it was a really close game, and the guy whos name I copied claimed ret. For the rest of the game I blackmailed him and stole his identity in a way, town ended up hanging him.

I played a bm game once where i found the retri from whispers, then i told consort to roleblock the retri. The next night i told consort rb the retri again and i bmed the retri. And we hanged the retri cause of not talking

you should type differently at night than you do during the town meeting. Any spy that can pick up on things like that will use it to their advantage

I was playing as BM once and I didn't claim anything until I was asked. No one questioned it either when I just made up my will on the spot in the chat and copied it into my actual will. The maf was doing great till day 6 when there was a jester, and a vet left. The jester was saying from day 4 that I was maf, but no one believed them. By the time they were hung the vet had no alerts left, AND was outnumbered by the three mafia members, needless to say we won the game lol.

I once found the sk as witch on night 1 and killed almost everyone. I ended up winning because the town misplayed HARD but still. no one suspected me because I was claiming doc well and actually made good plays for once

If there is no spy, it no longer matters what maf you are, you can be confirmed spy. Step one, say you bugged the person who is receiving a message (bm'ed, rb'ed, etc). Step two, successfully say what happened to them, especially if it was bmer visit

From what I can tell, what Running Man probably did was they investigated on King Townie but thought they clicked on Lil. They are right next to each other on the list after all. Just a simple mis-click helped cause some major confusion.

One time I was so convicting as claiming spy that witched pushed on me (they claimed invest and said I was BG/GF/arso and so was gf fake claiming spy) They honestly believed me and were surprised to find out I was Bmer. Though tbf we did have 2 Bmers and the other one was dead so that fact did help me sound more convincing. But it was still annoying at the time.
