When I saw you skating on that on video at the braille house, at that time, I was hiding a lot of how I wanted to look and what I wanted to wear and seeing you it dressing different and just being you it gave me the biggest confidence boost ever to just wear what I want and wear makeup and dye my hair blue because I love just looking pretty and doing that while being a boy its not the most accepted thing socially (being gay didn't help lol). As soon as I stopped trying to fit in with every other skater and just do me I started improving like super quick and having so much more fun and now I have this real motivation to get really good at skating because I see how amazing you are and you actually made skating your life. Skating is a purpose for waking everyday up and fighting through the day all so I can get home and just go and skate. Skating is going to be my life. You've done it and it just inspires me so much to keep pushing and getting better everyday even if my head is completely all over the place sometimes, skating is just the thing that is always there for me. Hey Chris what's the reason you ride these vintage boards? Do you never feel that they limit your capabilities? Or is it the opposite for you? Have you always ridden vintage boards? One way or another, it's truly amazing what you can pull off on these flat bricks.

Amazing skating as always Chris. Quick question, what made you skate old-school shaped decks versus traditional popsicles? No hating whatsoever as I like them as well but I grew up skating them in the 80's and into the 90's. I prefer shaped decks with a bigger nose like what came along in the early-mid 90's. I do skate popsicles now as well but also just getting back into it at 43.
