21:42 the end to this game was ridiculous... Aman in an admittedly worse position, being a full minute down, playing off of the increment, never having more than five seconds on his clock, and coming back to win without breaking a sweat... Awesome to watch.

Aman is so underrated, he always seems to outplay(flag) his opponent even in dead draw endgames

doesn't your rating reflect exactly that though? His ability to outplay (flag) his opponents even in dead drawn positions are wins that would be reflected in his rating so not sure how that makes him underrated 😂.

@@steelsteez6118underrated also means perceived strength not just elo. Aman is not regarded as a very good GM yet pulls out these tricky wins in time trouble.

@@steelsteez6118 danya and Hikaru have both mentioned aman being underrated. i think since his elo fluctuates more than average 2650-2800 sometimes he noticeably is

Aman is no doubt a very talented GM. Perceived strength is subjective though. I can be an 1100 and have the perceived strength of a 1300 being an incredibly strong player. All while a 2200 perceives the 1300 as an extremely weak player. Perception is subjective. A rating is objective based on your results. All the impressive flags where Aman is able to outplay his positions in time scrambles, and in drawn positions, are wins that are reflected in his rating. Therefore, you can't say he's underrated unless those wins were magically deducted from his rating 😂.

@@bashy8466read my comment above. Aman is no doubt a very talented GM. What im saying is those impressive wins count toward his rating. You can't objectively call him underrated unless you're deducting those wins from his rating.

One day, I was climbing up a steep cliff with my trusty selfie stick in my back pocket. As I reached the summit, I took out my stick and got ready to take a panorama. But then, out from the heavens, Aman lunged on my selfie stick and then broke it in twine. He then exclaimed "FOR JEROOOOME" and took off into the sunset. Don't support these guys.
