Here it is.🤍 My insanely wild birth story of how I delivered my twin girls at 26 weeks while I was on vacation and all the miraculous ways God showed up in the midst. While this wasn’t how I ever imagined bringing my babies into the world God always knew this would be our story and He gets every ounce of glory from it. My granddaughter was born at 23 wks 6 days, 1 lb 4 oz. (20% survival chance) but God is good! She spent 140 days in the NICU, she is a beautiful, amazing, bright 5 year old now! It’s been a challenging 5 years, but so worth it. She is thriving! With God’s blessings my daughter was able to have a second successful pregnancy. Of course, she was followed by a high risk ob, and took medications to prevent another pre-term delivery, and now has an amazing 10 month old little girl as well. They delivered her at 37 weeks by c- section, only because she had to have a c-section with her first daughter. Just know that times can be tough, but in the end all children are a gift from God! I’m so happy that your girls are doing well! 🩷

This brought me to tears and I relate so much to your story. I had my son at 29 weeks emergently and I remember the first night grieving what I didn't get to experience and my pregnancy being over so soon. I am 11 months postpartum and sometimes still grieving. I've followed you from the beginning and God has been so good! Cheers to being home with your beautiful baby girls! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Gabi! My name is Holly! I am a few years younger than you and in college, but I began following you after finding yours and dylan's "how we met" video on youtube. Years and many read posts later I know that I am better for following you! The Lord has used you in ways you may not know the full extent of-- your girls too! I am in nursing school right now and this video had me crying along with you. One, because although I don't know you I have been praying for your girls since day one and I have watched you walk through this so faithfully. Two, becuase It gives me so much hope for my profession. Always praying for your fam!!!

I relate to you so much when you talk about grieving the process of delivering your baby and holding them in your arms. I had my daughter at 33 weeks and she was rushed straight to the Nicu too. My delivery was a C section and I felt so almost angry at my body. Like I couldn’t keep my baby in and protect her. I felt like I had already let her down as a mom and was so ashamed by that. On top of that then grieving not being able to have a vaginal birth; having my belly be gone so soon when I loved being pregnant; and missing all the special pregnancy things. I didn’t get maternity photos done; and I had to cancel my baby shower, etc. I didn’t expect all the feelings that would hit me after having my daughter. Even now if I think about it too much I get sad. But my daughter is 4 months old (12 weeks corrected) and she is healthy and beautiful and everything I dreamed of.

Wow thank you so much for sharing. God is so good. I have to say first off, how much I appreciate you clarifying that God did not orchestrate what happened to you, that we live in a fallen world with a very real enemy, but that through it God was with you and His hand was all over it. Too many Christians would say God allowed it and it was His will and that’s just not our God. So thank you. And lastly, I just want to say how blessed you all are to have such a wonderful community that was with you every step of the way and was caring, and interceding on your behalf for you guys and your sweet babies. What a treasure that is. Again thanks so much for sharing this amazing glory story. Thank You Lord for those sweet and healthy growing babies.

I’m so happy that you and your babies are safe and healthy ❤️ I was raised as a Catholic and I do not like to preach everyone has there own thoughts and beliefs as I did (I am married and have 2 kids ) until our 7 yr old son was diagnosed with cancer osteosarcoma (we also have a 6 yr old girl) when we were rushed to a UC HOSPITAL on a pediatric cancer floor at was already in shock but once we arrived and we started to walk around we saw babies as young as 3 months to 18 yrs old with every cancer you can think of and this floor was FULL and what I witnessed in the next 3 yrs would make anyone think WHY WOULD GOD makes these babies SUFFER UNBEARABLE PAIN WITH CHEMO , OPERATIONS GETTING LIMBS REMOVED , RADIATION then possibly passing away and that happened to most of them like our son he died in my arms I will NEVER BE THE PERSON I WAS BEFORE THIS HAPPENED SHE DIED and my faith also 😞

What a beautiful testimony, Thank you God for your amazing grace and mercy. Gabriele just a thought, you repeated that some of the staff were unbeliever's, I believe they were believers, they felt the presence of God in that room listening to your selection of worship music, it may have had an impact on their hearts reminding them that God is still on the Throne creating miracles and they were able to witness that with you and your husband through the delivery of your twins.

I had contractions throughout my pregnancy with my 3rd baby and my 1st baby that were not considered Braxton Hicks. I did have preterm labor with my 2nd and 3rd baby (3rd baby twice) and delivered my first at 39 weeks and my 2nd and 3rd at 37 weeks. I also suffer from endometriosis so when I FEEL the contractions (they've been picked up on monitors without feeling them) then I have to spend at least 48 hours in the hospital because they have to be pretty strong to feel them and I'm giving the steroids to help develop their lungs and I'm given medication to at least slow how fast they come and lessen the pain (I'll have them every 5 mins or less) it is scary and I do dilate with the contraction. my last I had the issue at 19 weeks. turns out I not only have endometriosis but a diagnosis of an incompetent cervix and irritable uterus. not fun, incredibly scary! and very hard to tell the difference even as a seasoned mom from Braxton Hicks and early labor!

I'm very co fused at how you didn't understand contractions or a mucous plug or any of what was happening? Sry...idk why you tube put you in my feed. I'm assuming you are some part of a religious group? Twin pregnancy is high risk to begin with. By 26 weeks into my twin pregnancy I had read 50 books on what to expect. I'm just confused how a young woman gets to that place?

So my daughter had premature twins at 29 weeks, she had very little contractions and was already dilated to 5…I’m guessing you were in full born labor all Friday night…she was able to get the two steroid shots to help babies brains and lungs but she kept dilating and then they did a ultrasound and one of the babies was breech so she ended up having an emergency c section….the NICU will stay with you forever and you will have bonds with others who have been in your position….so hard, so stressful, she has PTSD from it….luckily her two beautiful girls had no health scares. They needed time to grow and learn to eat
