Larue is the naked big guy with heart on his chest who was also a follower of Geto. Apparently, Yuki and Larue created an alliance to accomplish something. But the details haven't been revisited or revealed yet even in the manga now.

What a ride, this season was! I'm a manga reader but watching the series being animated still gave me the butterflies despite knowing the outcomes. I hope the animators get their well deserved breaks, and hopefully it doesn't happen again next season. Anyway, I wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year!

That’s not actually stated. People think that because of the way the manga was worded but it’s made more clear here that Tengen’s barrier is necessary for Kenjaku’s plan to optimize cursed energy, not for producing it in the first place

There aren't many sorcerers outside of Japan because Gege didn't want to create anything big really. Can't blame him for not wanting that headache of expanding the scope of his story, but Japan being the only place where things happen makes thing really underwhelming.

@@lukereaume9372 nah they say that Tengen's barriers has increased the strength of Jujutsu within Japan, Geto explains that to Gojo when they were going to save Riko. I think that explanation is pretty lacking though because there were supposedly plenty of powerful sorcerers even before the existence of Tengen's barrier, such as Fake Geto, Sukuna, and Tengen, so there should absolutely still be more sorcerers outside of Japan that are at least close to the same tier of strength, but apparently there isn't for whatever reason.

If you are confused about Fake Geto's plan and ideology. Allow me to briefly elaborate: 1. Fake Geto planned to use Idle Transfiguration to manipulate the souls of two types non-sorcerers. Basically so they can become Curse Users or Jujutsu Sorcerers. 2. The two types of non-sorcerers that were mentioned are people who absorbed cursed objects (like Yuji...think about one) AND people like Yunpei who simple possess a CT but lack training and/or knowledge of Jujutsu. IMPORTANT NOTE: Fake Geto said that it's not just the contracts he kept for 1000 years whom are being awakened. Meaning he made contracts to implant cursed objects with individuals 1,000 years ago. 3. Fake Geto is going to make these 1,000 individuals and 10,000,000 cursed spirits all battle in the Culling Games (yea this was announces on social). 4. As for WHY Geto is doing this, it's because he wants humanity to evolve beyond their current state (including sorcerers). He believes they are capable of more and his attempts to create something more ended in failure (aka Death Paintings like Choso). 5. Fake Geto directly acknowledges that he is anticipating Yuji's progress in particular. Also apparently Fake Geto experience the Golden Age of Jujutsu....as well as Sukuna. He also spoke directly to Sukuna so he may be acquainted with him. TDLR: Fake Geto is hosting a IRL magical battle royale with his alumni buddies and we are dropping in Japan.

Regarding number 2, it's was more severe than "They had a technique but lacked knowledge." Fake Geto said that they had techniques, but their physical brain structure blocked them out of being able to use it. So he used Idle Transfiguration to change their brain structure and unlock it.

When Yuki mentioned Laure, he’s the big buff blonde dude with pink heart nipples that was part of Geto’s group. He was working with Yuki that was never disclosed and he was there to help Mai and Utahime escape.

For those who didnt understand what Getwo did, he basically helped certain people (that had the potential of a cursed technique but not the right mind to use them) become sorcerers by changing their soul with idle transfiguration. He also awakened the cursed objects that he had certain people eat beforehand. So just like with Itadori and the Cursed Wombs (Choso and his brothers) a bunch of people will have a sorcerer reincarnate using their body. The difference is that Itadori can keep his sense of self and normally keep Sukuna "under the surface". Normal people cant do that. So a hundreds of sorcerers from various eras will just take full control of the bodies and be fully reincarnated. He also released all the cursed spirits that he had made a pact with over all those years

i just cant wrap my head around the second type of people ,i dont know what itadori is and if he really is a cursed womb like choso or not but i know they’ll explain it later , problem is when i rewatched i really focused on choso’s after fight realization, at first i didnt pay much attention but like now i feel sukuna obv did smth, when he opened his eyes and fake memories appeared in choso’s head those two events had to be related to eachother i just dont understand did sukuna give him those fake memories to make choso realize the curse womb stuff with yuji since its possible yuji is a curse womb as well?! or am i going wayy off , and here u said second type will have sorcerors in them like choso and his brothers , do the brothers have sorcerers in them or is it something not yet revealed in the anime or am i again going way off 💀

@@mysjm02 Sukuna didnt have anything to do with the fake memories that Choso got. The Itadori-Choso-ursed wombs relationship is completely different from the Itadori-Sukuna one. The one similarity they have is that some random people absorbed those cursed wombs and had them reinacrnate using their bodies, just like Itadori consumed a finger and had Sukuna reincarnate using his body (although Itadori is special because he can supress him, so Sukuna didnt completely take over like it happened with the cursed wombs). When I said "people like Itadori" I wasnt referring to the Itadori-Choso-Cursed wombs situation, but to the Itadori-Sukuna one, or the one of the Random people that absorbed the cursed wombs. So the second type of people I mentioned are people that have unknowingly/forcibly absorbed certain cursed objects (because of actions that Getwo did in the past hundreds of years). Those objects are supressed but now Getwo awakened them, so all those sorcerers/cursed spirits that those objects belonged to, will be reincarnated using the bodies of those people (that normally cant supress them like Itadori did with Sukuna)

The manga will definitely be done by the time s3 comes out. If you wait or choose to read, either way you’re going to have a great time. I do warn that spoilers tend to be more egregious when series are finished. That’s saying something seeing how bad spoilers were for this season.

@@christopherross8976 Yuji is. A MC is a meta expression used to refer to who the audience considers the main point of view character/focus. And that is without a doubt, Yuji. It's not something that is decided based on the chronology of the events within the world.

Here are some of my thoughts and shareable explanation about the season's ending: 1. What is Yuki Tsukumo's goal? - The eradication of cursed energy, or humanity breaking away from it. Why? Because she believes eradicating it will lead to peace and order all throughout the world. Japan has virtual monopoly of cursed energy in the world. This is because of Tengen's barrier around Japan - which optimizes cursed energy within humans which then enables them to become sorcerers. Of course I guess the same goes to cursed spirits - some are born powerful due to the enhanced cursed energy in this part of the world. There's also cursed energy in other parts of the world, but they are dormant due to Tengen being far away from them. Now Yuki's concern is that if ever cursed energy becomes easily accessible to everyone in the world, the world super power governments could also learn how to harness and weaponize it, which could lead to something like the cold war era. Ironically, the best example of Yuki's goal was Toji. However he was a rare case, and you know what become of him and his capabilities. 2. What is Kamo's/ Fake Geto's goal? - The exact opposite of Yuki's - which is the optimization of Cursed energy. This stems from a more self-centered desire to witness what becomes of humans after it evolves as a result of optimizing cursed energy. Maybe he wants to see more powerful evolved humans, cursed spirits and sorcerers. This means that he doesn't care about what happens to the world, so long as his desires are satisfied. How will he achieve this? By orchestrating widespread chaos. This is due to the fact that he can not directly make people & cursed spirits evolve. However, he believes that in a chaotic environment where people are pushed to their limits, evolution will occur. This theory was proven by Mahito, who evolved during his fight with Yuji (that's why fake Geto thanked Yuji). 3. What's the purpose of the remote idle transfiguration and the mentioned duels between sorcerers (I will not reveal the official name as it is a spoiler) ? - He casted Mahito's technique to respawn sorcerers whom he had contracted with by turning their souls into cursed objects, and even 'make' new sorcerers out of ordinary people (such as in the case of Junpei). This is the 'chaos' Fake Geto is talking about. Various sorcerers - modern sorcerers and even reincarnated past sorcerers will be pitted against each other to set the stage for cursed energy optimization. 4. Why did the higher ups decide to exterminate Itadori? - For the obvious reason that they've always wanted to do this from the very start. Remember they wanted to dispose of Sukuna by killing Itadori. Now that Gojo is out of the picture, they can pretty much do whatever they want. 5. Why are Gojo and Yaga declared criminals along with Fake Geto? - Also for the same reason that the higher ups are corrupt and are too hungry for power. There's natural enmity between Gojo and the higher ups so they blamed the Shibuya incident to Gojo and to those close to him. As for Yaga, well he's Gojo's and Geto's sensei, so naturally the higher ups think that they were Yaga's responsibility as their sensei. 6. What will Yuta's role be in the events to come? - As revealed in this episode, as of now he is the appointed executioner to Yuji. And yes, Yuta can still manifest Rika. How? it is yet to be explained at least in the anime. I'm hyped! I may have missed many other things, but these are my take aways from the information shared so far in the anime. Feel free to add or correct some things I said if I'm wrong. Credits to YT channel Sufferents for most of the information i shared here.

I would add up to the 5th that higher ups simply don't like Gojo, because of his bratiness, disrespect and danger, since he is strongest sorcerer alive and just wanted a reason to get rid off him. Also they don't know that Geto is fake yet and most likely think that Gojo lied to them that he killed him, which makes him accomplice to Geto in their eyes. Yaga is a weird one since he couldn't do anything about Geto turning bad, but maybe it's a culture thing as he is their sensei, so he is responsible for them?

@@RZZZ889 I think it is also important to add that the reason why Gojo and the higher ups don't get along goes beyond him being bratty or arrogant too. The Jujutsu society and it's ecosystem (because Jujutsu js pretty much is a ecosystem itself) is fucked up in many levels. Yuki saw that and started looking for a way to change it. Geto was surrounded by people who were victims of the way the higher ups command this society (like Riko and Haibara) and decided to change the Jujutsu society by eradicating humans. Gojo was also affected by this (and even more after Geto's betrayal) and as such he also realized this society needed change. He could simply kill the higher ups, but he realized others would take their place over and over, so he decided to raise a new generation (aka the current generation) and prepare them so, one day, they could change the Jujutsu society. He also used his power, as the Strongest Sorcerer of Today, to basically force the higher ups into doing his will and let him cultivate this new generation that would change the Jujutsu society. This is also why he protected Yuta and Yuji from being exterminated, or why he raised Megumi: Yuta and Yuji would be two more victims of this society, two innocent children killed for no reason because of the incompetence of the higher ups, like Riko and Haibara. As for why he decided to raise Megumi, I don't want to spoiler the next seasons, but the Zen'in, as one of the big three clans (alongside Clan Gojo and Clan Kamo) are essential for things to function this way, so by letting Megumi be raised by the Zen'in, he would become just another gear on this rotten machine that is the Jujutsu society So the reasons are: 1. Gojo refuses to follow the higher ups and obey them 2. He is literally raising a generation of sorcerers to undo all the harm the higher ups have done once the old fuckers die 3. He has the higher ups on his hand to do as he wants, because as long as he is Satoru Gojo, no one can oppose him, which means the old fuckers need to obey since they know Gojo can just kill them 4. He is a bratty motherfucker

The higher ups are entirely conservative who are stuck in their own old ways. That's also the reason why one of the 3rd years is suspended (This will be delved on later in season 3).

Brain dude (kamo) is a mad scientist. He wants to see how powerful humans can get, but when he experimented, he could't make anything better than himself. So he spent last couple of centuries preparing, making cursed items with old sorcerers' souls (like Sukuna's fingers) and spreading them around. Now he used Mahito's powers to transfigure a thousand people all over Japan - those who had objects with souls got possessed by ancient sorcerers, and a couple hundred other normal people just got their brains upgraded and became sorcerers too. Now he's going to make everyone fight everyone in hopes that one of them levels up enough to transform into something interesting.

Ino previously explained the problems Gojo being sealed would cause. That's why those decrees were made - the corruption of jujutsu higher-ups and the new power struggle. It had nothing to do with genuinely thinking Gojo, Yaga, etc. were responsible. And yes, they did know it wasn't OG Geto - the decrees were made after Shibuya and the higher-ups would have had all the info from the survivors.

I'm glad the episode ended according to my calculations in the Manga, and now that season 3 has been announced we won't have to wait for 5 years maybe 2 years at best. 1. Higher ups Don't know that it's not geto but I don't care anyways 2. Geto's survival means that Gojo didn't kill him(*at the end of jjk0) so that's why he's an accomplice 3. They are scared of yaga's cursed corpse technique and want him dead anyways so they are just using this as an excuse for killing him 4. No gojo so no one guarantees yuji's safety especially after what happened in shibuya

Ok if i understand well, with iddle Geto can turned normal people into vessel luke Yuji, or curse user like jumpei, we know that Mahito and take away heavenly restriction out of people thanks Mechamaru. That means , that Mahito CT could've done what Yuki wanted? It could've turned humans into Toji Fushiguro, eliminate curse energy and therefore curses.permanantly.

You’re half right, basically just to explain better but only with the information this episode gives you without spoiling(I lowkey went off I’m sorry lol). Fake geto says he made binding vows/pacts with sorcerers from a thousand years ago(hein era from where sukuna, fake geto and uraume are from). Those cursed objects, fake geto had them get consumed by regular humans, kind of like yuji when he ate sukuna for the first time, or when mahito force fed choso and his brothers as curse objects to regular humans back in s1 episode 23 or something like that. Fake geto placed a seal on the curse objects there were already ate, and unsealed the curse objects so that they can take over the humans that ate them. The opposite of what happened with yuji, with him he ate sukuna but he was able to still be himself cuz he’s one of a kind for reasons you don’t know yet, but with the humans fake geto made eat the curse objects, they can’t control them like yuji can, so imagine a bunch of humans that got taken over by thousand year old sorcerers living walking around starting a fight cuz battle is all they know That’s one type of non sorcerers he marked, the other type are humans that have hidden curse techniques ingrained in them but their bodies aren’t structured like sorcerers are, so fake geto used idle transfiguration to modify their brains so that it’s just like sorcerers so they can actually use their technique. Same thing mahito did with junpei. Yuki wants humans to get rid of all their curse energy which means a millions of tojis walking around, so with mahito, he’s a perfect way for her to get rid of that ce, whether or not he can actually get rid of ce is unknown cuz curse energy is a natural phenomenon, it’s like mahito trying to remove your kinetic energy in you, that shouldn’t be possible

The dynamics of Geto/Sukuna, I would say, is like Vegeta and Goku. But both evil. And want to power up and curses each other until the end of time. Both took thousand of years to get here. And for Gojo is concern, well he did take responsibilty over Yuji. And it backfired. Its only understandable he is to be blamed. Along with the headmaster.
