I think what david is showing is that it really does come down to the macros of what you eat, not exactly where you eat it. Obviously he could slam chicken rice and broc for every meal but its nice to enjoy what youre eating, especially when you work as hard as him. Reward yourself guys, a drink here or some restaurant food there wont kill you.
