I wanted to ask that if I or any other person who is in a very much need of a job applies for a position in any studio for any particular position on the given email ID of that company, then it takes how many days to get a reply from that company for test or interview?What is the reason that they don't reply or they don't even bother to call anyone to come for test or interview.Is it they don't want to hire anyone or is it some other reason?

There are lots of softwares like blender( which is super powerful industry level software and free), Maya, 3dx max, zbrush( though it is only for 3d modelling) etc.
