Section 12: the right to freedom and security of the person, including protection against arbitrary detention and detention without trial, the right to be protected against violence, freedom from torture, freedom from cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment, the right to bodily integrity, and reproductive rights. Judge Edwin Cameron why isn't South African criminal justice system stopping the epidemic of rape because your decisions are toothless

Shoshela Maja A justice is a judge of the constitutional court, A court which is higher than the SCA where one would be referred to as judge. It is a title of greater respect and power.

I don't think Edwin Cameron would mind not being called by a certain title, nor, I'm sure, would he care that you call him Edward instead of Edwin. A large part of this talk is that justice is not about respect, power and rank, but about a fundamental sense of service and responsibility for injustice
