I had an orange tabby male cat that grew up with two dogs. He would jump in the shower with me every morning before I got ready for work and demand a shower and shampoo. I'm not sure if he thought he was a cat, dog human or my owner.

Maybe Tan was more calm because ever since he was a kitten he watched GB get bathed, and GB was always so calm and handled it well. As expected, it's good to expose them to such things from a younger age so they get used to it!

And so the cat population won't get too big and kill ofg the birds. I thinl it's upsetting amd unfair. Same, when I dry my own hair...except one cat, instead of leaving the room, becomes psychotic and starts smacking some nearby inanimate object as if though it were a cobra or something. (You know how they do that with scary objects.) I’ve learned to lock her out first.

Can't believe Tan was so calm on his 1st shower. I usually bathe them when they are very little so they get used to liking the water n know the routine of it. Give them baths every 2 weeks so they shed less and get used to it also. My Yoshi which was a siamese snowshoe cat loved water n would jump in the tub when faucet is turned on. But his very 1st bath when I gave it to him was horrendous since he scratched me up n somehow jumped on my back to get away that time 😆🤦♀️. Love your videos. keep them coming.

Tan is so damn cooperative. He got a little dishevelled while you put the shampoo/soap on him but by the time it was blow-drying time he was so calm. GB and Milky look so disinterested tho😭😆

I think tan’s naturally very spontaneous and fully of energy but in situations like this he takes after his milky and gb who are usually calm and cooperative as well as from the butlers who are very gentle so he trusts them. with animals, energy matters a lot and i think he learns from them. also.... tan is such a big boy now! he used to be so little.

Yeah, tried that with my cat, who promptly began screeching, started running around the shower and climbed up the TILE WALL and flew over the top of the 7 foot shower door frame...then bounced around the bathroom (door was shut) about 3 times before I could get him 'caught' again. The whole incident took about 3 seconds. Needless to say, we did not attempt it again as I was cut up and down my arms and bleeding profusely...for a cat bite. Normally he was a very, very loving cat.

Tan being calm during his bath, show's he not only trust you, but feels extremely comfortable in your hands, and feels comfortable and loved by the other siblings in the house., that was beautiful. Tan deserves a big treat.

Sry.. you have cats and you still don‘t now body language of your pets?! Tan‘s whole body showed all the time signs of being extremely uncomfortable and he was scared a lot! Tan‘s just a low energy cat and that‘s why he wasn‘t freaking out like other cats. Washing your cat for NO REASON AT ALL is not necessary and it‘s pure torture for them. Everybody who doesn‘t know this really shouldn’t own a cat at all, OR they should inform themselves properly about cats… if he would come to me with Tan to the vet, I would slap him!

Impressive, his pets take a quiet bath and let them blow dry, my cat makes the biggest drama at these times, he needs two people to bathe him and at the time of the dryer he doesn't want me to put him close, he is terrified of the noise the dryer makes, so just dry it with a towel

Tan has watched Milky get many baths in the last year, so he knows he will not be hurt by it. I think letting Tan walk into the shower himself on his own was better than dragging him in scared by you picking him up and carrying him in.

@Carol yeah we don't bath our cats because vets say don't do it! bathing make them stress and there are cases cats can die because of stress(heart attack) , so we don't do it because they don't need it + dangerous... i understand people love watching animal bath but it is unhealthy and risky, people try to help and decrease wrong knowledge

I can't believe it has been a year since you adopted Tan. He grew up well and healthy. And even though it was his first time, he still acted calm and good HAHAHA my cat can't relate.

Tan took it better than expected. I was expecting him to fight right through the video. Milky passing him like "yeah better you than me!". GB is like "oh, Tan is having his first bath? Whatever!" 😂😂😂

When Tan was being blow dried, I feel like he enjoyed it just bc he wants to be held in small bro's arms. What a cutie honestly and congrats for Tan's first bath and for doing so well! No outlash I see :)

Kitten Tan grew up so well and did well for this first bath. Milky & GB gives emotional support by hanging around close and beng chill.
