Chanel Chance original and Coco Chanel are my go to. You’re spot on with weather season on both of those. Coco Chanel performance exceeds up to par in the fall and winter I agree. It’s not a spring nor summer scent. I wear my Chanel Chance one almost daily. It’s perfect‼️

Great collection! Your comparison of Coco Noir to dolma is what made me buy this perfume! Dolma is my favourite food in the world which is weirdly why I now love Coco Noir. I cook dolma too (in Cyprus we call Dolma "Koupepia" instead) and I think that vinegar smell you mentioned when you eat dolma could be lemon as lots of lemon juice is needed for the recipe :-)

Great review ! I am one of the people who adores Chanel Chance Eu Vive. It's my signature scent from couple of years and I really love it! Fresh ,woody , classy and elegant. very good fo lasting also. I have to say I also adore Allure Sensuelle-again classy and elegant, but also sexy. One of the best lasting performance from Chanel, I get a lot of compliments from men when I wear it. My favourite I Chanel 5, I also have the body lotion and its amazing ,but definitely not a perfume for everyday every person -its just special! Madmoiselle use to be my signature, but after they released the intense version everybody started using it so I can't handle the smell anymore. Its just too much and everywhere. I want to add more of course to my collection and I was wondering about Paris-Venice..the only thing that bothers me is that its not long lasting...

Yay, I love it when I find people who like Paris-Venise EDT over the others: most seem to prefer Riviera for some reason. I have to give you mad props for liking Coco the EDP; I was gifted that and found it way too strong and mature for me. (Didn't fit my personality, haha!) I prefer Coco Mad EDT over the EDP too; in general I prefer the softer/fresher and more subtle elements of EDTs over EDPs of most fragrances. Btw, I recently bought a nostalgic one -- Chanel No. 19; it's different and I think it's so much better than the generic-ness of all the Chance(s). Some day I hope to get my hands on Cristalle and No. 22 too!

I have the No 5 L'Eau Eau de Toilette spray. I would like the scent to wear longer. Does anyone think the No5 lotion would be good for layering with L'EAU? I think L'Eau has a slightly different scent profile to the original and Premier.
