Is physics the only criterion for success there are plenty of people thriving in other fields and vice versa in Punjab you should stop generalizing and people are moving to Canada due to lack of opportunities in state level there's so much talent in Punjab it's due to poor governance that are unable to retain such talent give them a reason and they will stick around
