I am just learning to make dioramas, and trees are a huge focus for me atm, I love this technique , have you tried Golden fiber paste, what is your thoughts on that compared to using the bees putty for the bark texture, does it stay pliable longer? I will definitely try this out....just when I think I have everything...more stuff to buy lol

I am all about these accurate scale model trees! I enjoy historical tabletop wargames and generic "trees" are ok some of the time but when you have other aspects of the table designed to be historic, you lose some of the immersion when there are pipe cleaner trees on the board.
