Today I'm showing you how I have planted many foliage plants in containers and how they are mingling together. The dahlias are not ready yet but in some weeks I will show you have I use them between the foliage plants.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful “garden” . I always wonder if certain shrubs would be happy in a pot, but you have proved they can. Can never have too many pots!

Your container groupings are my absolute favorites and I've been putting together a much scaled down version in my garden these last few years, using mainly a variety of foliage with a few flowers mixed in. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful gardens with us and providing wonderful inspiration.

I too love foliage plants. So many colours and shapes. My garden in Ireland would look dull without them as the weather has not been kind to flowering plants. But my dahlias are coming along 🙏

How long can you keep the Ninebark in the container and how large is the container? I have a Ninebark right now that is in a maple sap.bucket. But it is starting to show signs of stress.

What do you do with all the soil from your containers. Do you reuse next spring? I have 62 dahlias in pots and I have to winter store them but don’t know if I should remove the tubers or bring them in my furnace room Thank you for answering
@ClausDalbyEnglish8 ай бұрын
My dahlias are stored in a garage that I am able to keep frost free during winter, and I do not store them in the pots.
