Love your space. Nicely decorated and functional. Your large windows are beautiful. I like the way you made yourself a living room area and have your bed in a nook area. Very cosy and practical. My favourite room is your kitchen. It is nicely laid out and it has a great window. Your bathroom is nice also. Smart idea putting a washer in there. It is great to be able to do your laundry in your apartment.

You did a really great job in sectioning off this apartment and gave it a real cozy feel. The only thing I see lacking is a stove and I know many people don’t use them any longer. I love cooking and use the stove quite often but nothing that an air fryer couldn’t take care of.

I don't find it small at all. Looks like a perfect size for a single person. I rent a 50m2 apartment, and even though I can afford it I want to move out, because it's just too much space for me alone. I'm now looking for something half the size like 25 - 30m2. Unfortunately, smaller apartments are quite rare in my area.

Why don't you share this space with Vikram? Vikram staying at a closet by paying 350 Euro is just bullshit. It would have been affordable to both of you, had you guys shared this space. Think about it,...both of you sharing 1050 Euro for this decent place, while at the same time saving on your expenses, and not allowing someone to rip you off, just because there's a view of "Eiffel Tower".
